Complete scam. Over $200 (€180) for a part that hasn't been sent. When contacted again, it was only to find out the part isn't available or manufactured any more, so I had to demand that I be refunded. The refund has allegedly been accepted, according to their email, but it's been 2 weeks and I haven't got the many, proof of the refund order or a reply.
One star is way too much. I only hope legal action is taken and they are taken off the internet commerce scene.

They're real scammers. I ordered one part, they sent me another, and they haven't taken any responsibility for solving the problem. It's just cost me money. Run away! The bad reviews are real. Absolute scammers!

I ordered parts from dealim parts nearly 8 weeks ago, some parts turned up but others never came, I contacted on several occasions were they ask for photos of parts that turned up and what never turned up, again and again. Then I asked for a refund plus the money for shipping costs and they gave me credits which I reordered the parts which they said they were coming then I had to pay another 315 dollars on top of the ems delivery which was supposed to be free and it cost me 150 dollars extra, so surprise surprise wrong parts sent again and parts missing. Asked for a refund and nothing back. Do not use this website as its a scam 😒

Scammers. Ordered parts from their website and paid postage by credit card but they have not been sent.
Emails give standard response that they will notify when sent but this never occurs.
Requests for refunds are ignored. Checked a number of review sites and this is a common experience recently.

This company will cash in your payment when the part is not available. I ordered a fuel pump, which appeared as being available on their website, when this part was not in their stock. After 2 weeks, I reached out, "David" informed me they would follow up. Part never received. After several month, and loads of emails asking for an update, they are ignoring me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are scammers.

scammers, I asked for the part, the shipping price was expensive, but I accepted it, then they made me pay customs fees, and when I finally have my part it doesn't work

Ordered some replacement parts. I wasn't keep in the loop at all about the shipping. After weeks of not hearing anything I contacted customer support. After very late replies and partially useless replies, I had to go pick it up at the post office.
Just because you ship from Korea doesn't mean the experience has to be this bad.

I initially made an order for 2 oil filters in July, I emailed asking if I could make an addition to the order of a fuel level sensor which they added and I paid for, they then resent me the order with the fuel level sensor, every paid and acknowledged. In August Daelim Parts said they could only do UPS Shipping, as the parts were not urgent I asked for a refund, which they put onto a gift voucher. In October I reordered the parts using the gift voucher . The parts took a lot longer than projected to arrive, I received them January however there was only the two oil filters, no fuel level sensor. I communicated this to them. They confirmed the refund and sent me another gift voucher. I went to try and reorder the parts, however the gift voucher did not cover shipping which I had already paid. I emailed this to them and asked if they could please create the order again as I had already paid in full, which was when they informed me that the parts are no longer available. I asked for a refund on the fuel level sensor and they just sent me the same gift voucher. I asked for a refund back to my paypal wallet for the money I paid for the fuel level sensor which I never received as the vouchers were useless seeing as I could no longer get the part, they stopped replying to my emails. The best bit is because the shipping took so long when I went to paypal, the transaction was too old! If you order from them make sure you start a paypal dispute the second anything dodgy happens so at least the case is there to dispute!
