I messaged you all 2 minutes after I placed my order on a quick question so that we could make an adjustment on the order and no one ever replied.

Fit’s Perfectly With Adjustable Clasp

Dad brand got my order right the first time and sent it to me in a prompt manner! Hat fits one size fits all as it has an adjustable clasp on the back. It’s super cute and is a good size. I don’t wear hats but I wear this one! It’s made from a thick, good quality material!

Paid for Priority Shipping and received the item late

I paid for priority shipping on a hat to have before vacation and was told via the website if I ordered and paid for priority shipping it would arrive in 3 business days. Only for it to arrive 9 business days later. I’m which case I could’ve saved the money on the amount I paid for priority shipping and just went with standard. Even then, if I knew the hat was not going to arrive in time I probably would not have purchased it, so the entire thing felt misleading in order to close the sale

Your order was placed on Friday, January 17, shipped on Monday, January 20, and delivered via USPS Priority Mail on Monday, January 26. Priority shipping refers to the carrier’s transit time after shipment, which is typically 1–4 business days, and does not include order processing time or weekends. The order was shipped using the correct Priority service.

That said, we understand your expectation was to have the item before your trip. While carrier delivery timelines are estimates and outside our direct control, we never want a customer to feel misled. As a courtesy, we’ve just refunded the priority shipping cost back to your original payment method.

We appreciate you sharing this feedback — it helps us continue improving how we communicate shipping timelines at checkout.

Horrendous

Very disappointed. I still have not received my complete order. I cannot contact customer service. No one returns emails. My shirt is not true to size. Save your money do not give it to this company

Super High Quality

Obviously the designs are sweet, but the hats are also really premium quality. Super comfortable and felt like a great value.

Great product and customer service

The hats fit great and feel comfortable, the designs are stitched well, and the customer service was able to fix my delivery address super fast when I realized it was wrong, I’ll be on the lookout for new designs!
