I ordered a figurine and it never came. Everytime I e-mail them they tell me to wait a week. I've asked for a refund twice and have still received nothing. Don't buy from them. It's a scam

Ordered a coraline bookshop for Xmas. Advertised on fb. Never arrived!!!

I ordered 4 masks from this company. When they finally arrived I was disgusted at the poor workmanship of the product. The seams on the front of the masks were totally misaligned making the image on the masks unrecognizable. I have sent several emails to the company and I keep getting told that they will send replacement masks. I'm still waiting. This is going on since I originally order these masks on August 6 2020. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. It cost me over $100 and still no product.

Garbage from China! 4 months I’ve been trying to get my mask, they send the wrong one every time. Pretty much a big up yours from China! Company is unethical, unreliable and just want your money!

Bad experience with them! Not the money worth! China trash.

I've ordered masks from this company in August, but still haven't got my products.
Same as every one else here, they send me emails, saying that they are going to take a look at it, 4 weeks later, still nothing.
It's been almost three month since I've placed the order, and still nothing..
So my advice to everyone! Don't buy!
It's a scam company!

I ordered 2 masks in August, sometime in September, I got an email on a Wednesday stating there was an issue with my delivery and to click the link to find out more. Only, there was no link. I emailed them and didn't get a response until the following Monday, which was the same email from the week before but with the link. After hunting down the package, I found out it had been returned to sender. Dabble select told me it was a customs control issue. 8 emails later, I still don't know what that means, still haven't gotten a tracking number and now they are telling me it's my fault for not filling out my address correctly. Funny thing is, I've kept every email from them and, when I bought them in August, they sent a confirmation email with... You guessed it, my correct and full address. It's funny that when people screw up, they'll try to gas light you into thinking it's your fault so they don't look bad. Do not trust these incompetent scammers and liars with your money, NEVER buy from them!

Worst purchase ever. Waited forever for the product. Then when I got it it was cheap garbage so I tried to return it. Followed all there rules but they won't take the return.

Ordered 4 masks back in June and have yet to receive the product. Went to my order page and that is even gone. I’ve emailed them with no response at all. I will be posting on all my social media to avoid this company at all costs.

so after waiting ages and after myself sending 3 emails a day for a whole week or 2, finally mask arrived, definitely not the same as the picture they're promoting, bought the hannibal Lecter mask, filter didn't fit the mask and was tight until i snipped the filter to mould better into mask, in all wore the mask on 4 occasions and guess what, stitching came away where they sowed it in the middle going down the nose, mask was split so tried pulling the stitching together whilst i was in morrisons and the thread ripped through the cheap tacky material. Absolutely ridiculous especially for the amount of money i paid for it.

I bought 3 masks from these guys. The filters don't fit the holes cut in them. I only received 1 of the 3 masks. Straps are very small and doesn't fit me.

Very slick site, some great pictures (high rez) and easy to order. And that's where it ends...

I ordered 4 'natty' facemasks and some filters, paid for the 'priority shipping and insurance' delivery. And that's when the fun starts....

From the moment you complete your order, your email is inundated with loads of offers, special discounts which are difficult to unsubscribe from. Although it gave an Ohio address, the money is taken by an Asian account (E-Moon Asia) and you are given a tracking number, that at best, is as useful as a kick in the nether region! After waiting the prescribe number of days for 'Priority shipping' and nothing had been delivered I decided to chase up.

So an email was sent, only to receive a number of replies offering me bigger discount etc. So another email was dispatched and then another. Eventually a 'Bot' called Hannah replied and assured me that it was being dealt with and will be dispatched soon. What was interesting was two different links were included for tracking, which worked! It was interesting to see that my initial order was placed on the 2nd Aug 2020 and goods were dispatched 48 hrs after my last 'chase up email'.

Then I received a package! 23 days later than stated from their 'Priority' shipment option ($10 extra). So now I am the proud owner of a number of filters BUT NO PRODUCTS TO USE THEM WITH. I am now onto my 4th email, searching for a response to where my product is and now working with the bank to get my money back. I would be interested to see if any UK purchasers have had similar issues or do I have the one that has 'slipped through the cracks'?

My advice: Don't purchase from this site or company.

I have now received my products (interestingly dispatched 24 hrs after this review and a review on their FB page) NOTHING like what was advertised and that smell??? Very overpowering chemical smell, that I suppose after a few washes, may disappear. However That was just smelling it through the packaging that it was delivered in! It's hard to find something positive to say.

The real question is ......WHY IS FACEBOOK , INSTAGRAM , ALLOWING THEM TO ADVERTISE ON THEIR SITES .....BASICALLY THEY SUPPORT SCAMMERS .
I even got a email from the infamous Moon.

These scammers from Vietnam have opened and closed a number of shopping sites including overstocked.us. This site sells mainly printed face masks. Should be avoided at all cost. A search of the net shows a list of open and closed sites associated with E-Moon Asia Co. Ltd. based in Hanoi Vietnam. There are multiple complaints on the internet about their various nefarious enterprises.
