Bad experience
Received the device 3 weeks after placing the order even though on the website it was stated that the delivery would take place within 7 days.
Finally received the product, water leaked during the shipment, There is a scratch on the door, the machine leaks all the detergent out, for 500 euros? The company doesn't answer back anymore. Total fail.
Update: contacted as suggested and 6 days later still no reply. I will open a dispute.

Works very well. If you refill the water yourself, remember to keep the door open. Otherwise it will go very slow.

The product arrived broken
The product arrived broken. This obviously was a bit unfortunate but this stuff happens. The customer service after that was mediocre to bad, unfortunately. Since, the product arrived on Friday I called them directly when I identified the flaw and they said that they can only service me from the next week. I sent them a video of the problem and they replied to me on Tuesday and asked me pretty basic questions that I could easily answer them directly by phone, on the same day. In the end by next Friday they asked me to send the product back, which could be determined from the same day. Admittedly after that the service was fast, I sent the product on Monday and received it exactly one week later. However, I asked them to replace the machine and not fix the broken one, since it was literally brand new and they just ignored me (never responding to that request). In the end, I got the broken (now fixed) machine back and everything seems to be in order and the products looks great. I still do not think the experience was very good and left me a bit of a sour taste.

Order did not ship!
Unfortunately I could not give zero stars…
Ordered a BOB dishwasher. After 1 week (incl the weekend) my order is still not shipped!! The website states that shipping will happen within!! 3 days!
I cancelled my order and even that takes a lot of time to process!
Don’t know if the dishwasher is a fine machine or not.
Do know that CS is a disaster!

I feel deceived
I feel deceived, it’s stated that it is energy level A, the manual it’s described as G, after asking about it, apparently, it’s F,, that’s far from A.
Considering the high price I payed, I bought the premium package, this sucks.
I haven’t installed the Bob yet, cause I don’t trust the company now.

We apologise for this error.
Indeed when we designed Bob it had an energy class A. In March 2021, the regulation has been changed and they have removed the A to A++ category, so they have shifted. Our product has been upgraded to F since the new regulations.
It's still a very good reference, the A classes are nowadays only electrical products.

Nice dishwasher, but awful money hungry company that doesn't reply to emails, complaints, questions, nothing! I've emailed them multiple times about a (not essential) part of my dishwasher that has broken. They never get back to my emails!
