Somehow I didn’t get the confirmation email from my hotel and when I called City Hotels contact number. The phone answered immediately and I talked to a friendly and helpful lady. Checked everything and called me back within a few minutes and sent me all details and answered my questions.
That’s a Good service:)
this site is scam they issued the reservation. and they they cancelled the reservation. and no one confirmation to customer. really bad service
