I ordered the “Invertweb Denim Black” jeans from Cyvist and unfortunately had to return them because the size did not fit. I followed the return instructions and shipped the item back to the address provided by the company. However, I never received a refund, even though the jeans were sent back.

Since I forgot to pay for shipment tracking, I have no way to prove delivery. As a result, I ended up paying 245 EUR in total (including shipping) and was left without the product and without my money.

After contacting Cyvist by email to resolve the issue, they stopped responding completely. My messages were ignored, and there has been no customer support or solution.

Very disappointing experience and unacceptable service. I cannot recommend this company at all.

I ordered pants that turned out to be too small. At first, the communication with Cyvist seemed good- they replied quickly, and we agreed on an exchange for a larger size.

I sent the return package with the pants, but they never picked it up. The package was eventually sent back to me. For over two months now, I’ve been trying to get in touch with them
my Instagram messages remain unread, and my emails go unanswered.

I definitely do not recommend cyvist

I ordered a jacket in December and never received it. I sent several emails but never got a clear response. Don’t ever buy from them.

Odered one pair of pants in Dec

Order some pants from them that said “4 to 6 weeks production time”. This was 12 weeks ago. Still have not gotten my package and I have tried to contact them every way possible but they ignore. Definetly feels like a scam!!

Ordered 2 pairs of pants back in July and they still haven't showed up, I was given a DHL tracking number and according to that DHL never received a package to send out to me. Tried contacting their support team but I haven't received a single reply.
