Non existent customer service. I've sent an Support Ticket and no one has got back to me.

I have been using their 50+ vitamins for over 2 months and although they are a bit pricey, they are well worth the money. I am feeling so much better now that I am getting the vitamins and minerals I need.

Useless website. Looks "pretty" but I couldn't access the next day delivery option and even after proceeding, my order crashed (twice). Good products - terrible ordering system! I've told them before but presumably they are making so much money they don't care.

Fantastic service, ordered in the evening and item arrived next day. Discount codes are available, payment was safe and it is very easy to find what you are looking for.
Quality of product is good, but will not see results I hope for for a few weeks.

Disappointing - on recommendation from a friend I ordered £133 worth of products - unfortunately was unable to provide a code to the company to give me 15% of as a referral - however immediately contacted the company explaining this and explained why. Having dealt with 2 different people in the business Ruth and Catherine who said they couldn't do anything about this matter -I requested the manager call me - I thought they may be interested in further business from myself and potentially people I introduced them to and possibly a good review - clearly this was not the case as I was advised that I can return the goods on a no quibble 14day guarantee - which of course I will now be doing - such a shame and a total waste of time - no customer satisfaction whats so ever!

Ordered pregnaplan prenatal vitamins. Absolutely horrendous in every way. I don’t know how anyone is meant to swallow those pills, I found them catching in my throat and this was quite scary. This happened even when I split the pill, their chalk like texture is all wrong. I have never had problems with swallowing pills before pregnaplan. As well as that they absolutely reek like nothing I’ve ever smelled before and they’re certainly not cheap. Complete waste of money and really worsened my pregnancy sickness early on. Worst of all I never had the opportunity to provide feedback as the only way is by invitation through Feefo. Not good enough.

I cannot comment on the efficacy of the products but I was recommended this company by a Herbalist I respect.

In my experience the Order processing and dispatch cycles are excellent.

I am trying the liquid Aloe Vera for the first time.

I have a concern about the use of what looks like polystyrene chips in the packaging and I would like to know what the future plans are for reducing and eliminating plastics in the dispatch packaging altogether.

A good company. Very efficient and mostly natural ingredient based products. Not cheap but I believe the product to be very good.

The website is informative and easy to navigate. There is a great variety of products. You are not buying the cheapest supplements on the market because you are buying high quality ingredients (you get what you pay for). The order and delivery service is seamless consistently; I will continue to use this organisation and recommend to friends and family.
