When I first approached CyteKick

When I first approached CyteKick, I’d already had a disappointing experience with another provider, so I was understandably cautious.

From the very beginning, they understood exactly how an accountancy practice operates. I didn’t have to explain our processes, the types of clients we work with or the challenges around onboarding and communication. That knowledge made the whole project much smoother and resulted in a website that genuinely reflects our business rather than looking like a generic template.

Since the website launched, we’ve developed a much more professional online presence and have a central place to direct prospects, clients and partners.

What I value most is the ongoing support. Whether it’s monthly newsletters, Microsoft 365 support, website improvements or technical advice, I know I can ask for help from someone who understands both websites and accountancy firms.

I’d happily recommend CyteKick to any accountant or bookkeeper looking for someone who genuinely understands the profession and provides ongoing support, not just a website.
