Good in Principle - Terrible Execution and a Customer Service Nightmare
Cynet sounds good in principle; however, in practice their bloated agent and poor customer service are a bad combination. Over 50% of our customers required we uninstall the agent after we rolled it out because their computers become unresponsive/nonfunctional with the Cynet agent installed.
When we reported the issues to Cynet, the short answer was "Not our problem". We ended up switching to another provider and had to pay for months of their services with no clients installed because they refused to even consider that their platform had problems.
This is just a public service advisory to any MSP considering Cynet: Pick someone else, you will thank yourself later!
