Order Processing

Order Processing: 8+ Days Without Response

Founded 2018. Registered Spanish company (ESB62744099) but no business address visible in VIES Europa VAT registry - only blank fields where legitimate businesses display full details.

**My experience:**

- Communication: Unacceptable. 8+ days to process simple €326 order after demanding extensive company verification documents. When I provided everything requested immediately, they went silent.

- Facility: Not pharmaceutical-grade. Photos show small commercial office ("Local 15" Barcelona), not a sterile manufacturing facility. This appears to be a resale/dispatch operation, not a pharmaceutical manufacturer.

- Certificates: Self-issued. COA (Certificate of Analysis) lists "Indagoo" as manufacturer - an entity with zero independent verification online. Self-certification = worthless for medical substances.

- Transparency: Questionable. How does a company with blank VIES registration (no public address) list major pharmaceutical companies as partners?

One-man operation (2-3 employees, €1.5M revenue) pretending to be pharmaceutical supplier. Response time unacceptable. Quality verification impossible.

Avoid if you need reliable B2B vendor.

Would not recommend for time-sensitive orders or pharmaceutical-grade requirements. Orders from US / UK significantly faster than from Spain.
