I really appreciate the insanely fast service that I received. The system said it will take 7 working days but it took half a day really 😅 And I am definitely satisfied with the service. And I must say their app is a very good thing to have. You just write to the mechanic with everything you need to be done, create a ticket on it yourself and just drop the bike off to be serviced at whatever location closest.
Least to say is that I am happy I have the repair services right away on my phone. Absolutely perfect.

It was very fast repair of the gears of my bicycle. It was ready under 2 hours. Besides the gears, the wheel was also adjusted and it was treated against rust.

I uploaded my case and I got an answer just a couple of hours after saying that I have to take my bike to the workshop the day after. when I took it there, they said that It could take up to 7 days, but the day after I got an email saying that my bike was ready. so since I apply until I got my bike fixed, was 3 days! really happy with the fast resolution and the results are excellent!

I bought a new bike from Bilka in Fields and an adjustment needed to be made in order to make it work. At first I was reluctant to bring the bike into the shop, because I assumed it would take ages for it to be repaired. It took less than 24 hours to have my bike repaired. Honestly, best service from my part.
