Long delivery time and bad communication
It has been now three weeks I made the order and still waiting to get the items even though when making the order everything was ready to be collected and dispatched in a few days. No explanations even when asked about whats taking so long, just "be patient". Great work. Also the fluctuation of prices between the sizes of same items is just silly and there´s no flexibility in the matter from their part.
