I ordered the "Heated Ice Cream Scoop" through the Kickstarter campain, which was canceled.
Then I ordered and paid it directly from the shop, but didn't receive it. Upon my inquiry, I received a refund without any explanation.
It works in hot weather. Battery time is excellent. I wish it worked for longer.
Terrible. Took long to arrive from China and when item did it was a scam- very ugly cheap knockoff version, not item pictured. When I contacted customer service there was no response. Very sketchy website. I will be trying to get a refund through my credit card company.

I experienced very slow delivery. I did not know the company was in Hong Kong. Every email sent said it would be coming this week, then next week and so on. This was a Christmas gift that was not received until way after. I was promised a refund of 20% for my inconvenience. When I questioned this as I had not received any I was then told it would be refunded with Paypal. I replied I do not have an account. I also expressed that I no longer believed I was even getting a refund. No further action was taken from your company except for ignoring my message. No refund received. I will no longer order from them ever.
