I am fortunate to have benefited from Gemma’s help and guidance at CYHC for a number of years now. I have been using CYHC as agent for private medical insurance for 3 years.
Prior to that I owned my own company and handled the medical insurance for staff for around 30 years.
In all those 30 years, the agents I dealt with were only interested in me when I was about to renew the policy. Other than that they were never available and basically left you to your own devices. They did not want to know !
When I retired and needed to sort out our own private medicine, I found it difficult in locating a company who showed interest in dealing with individuals.
