Responsive team, straightforward platform.
The Cyclis team is very responsive to either mail or phone communication. Their platform is straightforward, functional and clear.
Also, they are quite flexible when returning a bike at the end of the lease term e.g. with respect to keeping some accessories.

I was provided with a link by my employer, and I had issues logging in. I was helped really quickly so I could order my bike the same day. Overall very clear app and quick process and friendly staff. Also loving my bike! :)
