Great camera and light - it makes me safe on the ride to have the footage in case anything happens. Their customer service is top-notch, highly recommended!
They worked hard to try to find a fix.
Well, at first I was irritated, as the camera malfunctioned like my old one. However, after requesting help, and going back and forth quickly with a number of emails getting us to try different fixes, they got it up and running. Good responses , good customer service.

Truly Excellent Customer Support
A recent issue with updating the Fly12S firmware required submitting a trouble ticket. I had a response the same day! The suggested fix didn't work and it took a couple of more emails to nail down the issue (a setting had to change in the latest MacOS), but each message was answered promptly and thoroughly. Could not ask for better customer service from a company.

My Cycliq fly6 failed after 18 months of normal use, and I do not ride when it rains. Started to look online, and many people report that theirs fail at about the same time too (or earlier). The customer support selectively replaces the unit to some people and tells others that it is out of warranty. I am in the latter group, all they offer is 20% discount off the purchase of another camera (but not a bundle). My electronics usually last for many years. The reviews on the website must be selected by the company because there is no way to leave a review there.

After having some tech issues I contacted the Cycliq help desk and I was very impressed that they were very responsive to my problems. It’s nice to be made to feel like the big business actually cares. They persevered until the situation was resolved satisfactorily. Very happy with the product (fly12 and fly 6).

Great products that work really well under all conditions and give me great confidence when riding! The support is just excellent. Instant response to my issue with a sympathetic response which resulted in an immediate changeover unit. The best support I have ever had with a bike issue…..unlike most of the industry!

Great customer service! After few weeks my faulty Fly12 Sport dashcam was replaced. Highly recommended! Shout-out to Roger who was so quick in answering all my queries and supporting me all the way to resolved the issue! Fly12 Sport is the best dashcam for cyclist it's worth the money.
Great Customer Support
I owned my Fly12 Sport for just over a year of trouble free recording. I was averaging over six hours of recording (No light, 2160, image stabilization on). On one of my rides I noticed the camera was turning off after about 3.5 hours. Several rides later this was still happening. I reached out to Cycliq support. They said there is a know power issue. I worked with Roger during the entire time via email. He gave me detailed instruction on how to try and resolve the issue. After a few times of charging and draining the battery, this did not fix the issue. Roger was sympathetic to my concerns. I ride quite a bit and have been using Cycliq cameras since 2021 (Fly12 CE, Fly12 Sport, Fly 6) on every ride without failure. I need to have the camera record more than 3.5 hours on average. Some of my rides can last 4 to 5 hours. Roger took care of me by offer to exchange my camera with a new one. The process was easy and quick. My new camera should be on the way in a few days! I am extremely happy with the customer support and the way Cycliq takes care of their customers! Shoutout to Roger! He responded to all my email promptly with detailed information. I am 100 percent confident if I have any issues with my cameras, Cycliq with take care of them promptly.

Good customer service experience
I bought a front and rear camera light the rear was the Fly gen 6 3 which i was thinking twice about buying as there seem to have been a lot of water damage problems. Both the cameras have been reliable taking good quality video and I commute year round regardless of the weather. I bought them in the January and in December after about 2 weeks of floods/storms by back light wouldn't power off then wouldn't come back in. I followed the advice given by customer services but nothing worked so I was asked to send it back and they did send me a replacement out. I won't be able to use it in bad weather as I'm not sure the warranty carries on with the replacement unit but it was good that they replaced it. It cost £15 to send it back to Australia which you don't get back but I didn't mind as I have a working camera. The front camera is still faultless.

Return process slow
I ordered a set of bike safety lights for my husband for christmas, from a Cycliq uk website, however when i had to return them i found out i had to return to Australia! - Cost £20 to do this and they received them on 11th Jan and i had to chase my refund 28th Jan and was told it had been processed but could take another 10 days
Product looked like it would have been good but but my husband didnt want something else to charge and was not sure if it was going to be helpful as it doesnt make you safer.
