Bought a KICKR Bike and bundle. Despite some glitches with stock and delivery, Josh kept me informed at all times, delivered the bike personally and was very helpful and honest in answering all my questions. He's clearly very knowledgeable about the industry and the suppliers. Would certainly buy again from CWP.

I recently purchased a Wahoo Rival watch from Cycle works. Before purchasing I had a few questions. They had an excellent deal going at the time, that seemed too good to be true so I emailed the them to ask if the goods were brand new and not B-Stock etc. The shop got back to me within a day reassuring me that the goods were brand new and came with a warranty and if I would like to go ahead with the order they would send me the product first class. I'm happy to say the watch arrived within a day and it is perfect and does exactly what it says on the tin. I would recommend Cycle Works Pembrokeshire to anyone. Great Price, Great customer service and great delivery. Thank you!!!

Had a couple of queries about whether the KICKR 5 i was interested in was compatible with my bike. Josh got to the bottom of it for me quickly and then organised the shipping of the adapter I'd need from Wahoo to solve the issue. Can't recommend enough!

Josh at Cycle Works went the extra mile well a fair few extras miles to personally deliver my Wahoo KickR to Stratford Upon Avon set it up and answer any questions I had. Excellent service good communications kept me updated and a really nice person and very knowledgeable. Top notch I look forward to visiting Pembrokeshire and visiting Cycle Works.

I bought a Kickr and Climb bundle. Josh was really helpful and communications were always really easy either using the messaging service on the website or on the phone. I cannot recommend Cycle Works enough, the service is brilliant, and delivery was super fast, and all questions were always answered promptly and politely.

Purchased a Wahoo Kickr from Cycleworks. Superb service, delivered the following day; I initially had more than a few questions and concerns, my mind was put to rest and I could not be happier.

Excellent service and communication. Not just sourced and supplied a kickr core when couldnt get one for live or money but threw in and fitted a casette too! Definitely recommend!

Finally made the decision to purchase a turbo trainer. Cycleworks have the facility to try a Wahoo trainer before you buy, needless to say following the trial I placed an order for a Kickr with Cycleworks.

Fantastic honest reliable service and would recommend to anyone considering purchasing a Wahoo turbo trainer to do so through Cycleworks.

Firstly, I am an genuine customer and this is not a sponsored review. Secondly, some details are left out (product name and manufacturer, exact discount amounts) so as to not compromise Cycle Works Pembrokeshire with its product supplier partners or in future sales negotiations. Now, onto the review:
I was looking for a specific product when I came across Cycle Works online. I needed the product customised relative to the factory spec to meet my needs and Cycle Works agreed to do this at no extra charge (I needed a part exchanging for a different but similar spec part, so I believe they mostly gave the labour for free). After agreeing the product spec and full sales bundle we had a good negotiation on price using the “Make an offer” scheme which is on their website. We reached a point that Cycle Works were happy to sell the products and I was happy that the risk of finding the products cheaper elsewhere in the near future was low. The shipping of the product was slower than usual due to COVID, but Cycle Works did provide updates upon request and I don’t believe they could have made the delivery faster under the current conditions. Lastly, l was unlucky to have and after sale issue but once again Cycle Works responded professionally, taking back the product (which was essentially unused) and sending a replacement as soon as one was available.
All-in-all I had an excellent experience with Cycle Works and would recommend them to others.
