Ordered a bike with 0% finance. All went smoothly. Got the confirmation email 7 working days later with the despatch note attached. And bike arrived on the saturday after the 9th working day since order. Was told would be 10 working days from order to delivery so cant complain. All in all. Great
Bike needed a little adjustment in the gears ect but this is to be expected. Also because it is sent fully built the box is humongous.

Dreadful company to deal with. Due to the current crisis I fully understand that everywhere is scaling down their operations, however if you can’t support your customers don’t take the orders!
Spent 2 weeks trying to contact them email/phone/ Facebook/Twitter, all to no avail.
Placed an order and took out the 0% finance, unfortunately there’s a drop down menu to change their default 9.9% APR to 0%. As I placed the order on my phone I didn’t see this until I checked the emailed confirmation. Called the finance Co they explained CR would have to change it their end. With zero customer support not a chance.
Bike turned up today the wrong size, badly assembled with the rear brake cable not even fixed under the crank but left loose flapping about above it! I wouldn’t even give them one star but you have to in order to leave a review.
Buyers beware.
An absolutely disgusting company
An absolutely disgusting company take your money then don’t want to know. Been on the phone numerous times, just an answer machine, and keep you holding with the prospect of actually being able to speak to someone. But nothing. But I’ve read the reviews and I wish I had read them first of all, would have saved Time and money.

Bought a £300 bike I’ve emailed them and tried to contact them by telephone for over 5 hours over the last few days I don’t think there is anybody even there to answer calls extremely frustrated no contact at all absolutely disgraceful company will never use again or recommend I am an NHS worker and wanted to use this bike to travel to and from work to avoid public transport absolutely disgusted with this company very poor and no correspondence whatsoever!!!

Ordered a £400 bike a month ago. Helmet arrived two days later. No bike. Since then emails ignored or address leads nowhere. Not answering phone or calling back (an automated option). Now trying to get money back from PayPal disputes department. Angry and frustrated. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a Karcher washer and paid for it, 8 days later still nothing had arrived, I have e mailed them but no response, I was on the telephone for almost an hour then given the option to have a call back, I opted for this rather than wait even longer, yes you have guessed it NO CALL BACK, I have e mailed them again requesting a full refund, and this has not happened. This company should be on Rogue Traders they are appalling. If I had seen the reviews I would not have even looked at the company. These people should hang their heads in shame. I am a long standing member of a number of motoring organisations and clubs including the IAM, I will advise fellow members on the forums to avoid at all costs. Deal with them at your peril.

Absolutely awful company! Avoid at all costs. I had two payments taken for one bike and no response from cycle republic! Save yourself the stress buy elsewhere!!!!
Took 2 weeks to receive 3 cycle chains…
Took 2 weeks to receive 3 cycle chains - First order lost, replacement missing a chain. Had to chase 3PL and CR many times who seemed to think it was a minor issue - over two hours on the phone to inform them of their issues!
Order cancelled without being informed
Realised that the current situation means order may not be able to be fulfilled, but pretty poor to cancel the order without even telling me - only found out when finally chased after 4 weeks of waiting

No communication, no refund and no products delivered
I placed an order with Cycle Republic on 6 April and I was charged the £51 for the order, but I haven't received any order confirmation whatsoever. After I chased them a couple of days later I haven't received any response at all, so on 13 April I wrote them to cancel the order, still no reply and the order hasn't been delivered or refund me the money.
I understand that services are stretched due to coivd19, but this is unacceptable that no communication is provided to consumers and orders are not honoured.
This is not a (cycle) republic, it's tyranny.
Online order
I ordered an item online.
Name was provided of course but was omitted from the delivery address therefore the parcel could not be delivered. I contacted them via email to resolve this issue since they were the sender. They didn't reply. Luckily their delivery partner is DPD which is reliable so I could fix it.
Forks put on back to front!!
The bikes arrived 10 days late, which is understandable with what’s going on in the world today, but what’s not understandable is why the forks had been put on back to front! Ridiculous, considering the bike was meant to be built by a professional! Not a cheap bike either!
Managed to fix it with no bike knowledge and the help of YouTube, but I’ll be taking it to a independent bike shop to give it a once over when I can, as if they messed up something like the forks, what else have they done...

The worst shop ever to buy a bike or just to get a warranty any thing to do with cycling , I’ve taken my bike to there store and the a manager cracks my frame when trying to record video evidence to send to frame company then to hear that they are not giving me a frame and now no had contacted me about my bike and now I’m left with no bike to even move around let alone cycle to work , this has been a nightmare, i cycled my bike in with some noise coming from the top tube (carbon ) and now I don’t have a bike that even moves and to top it all of they are charging me to fix my bike that they broke , WHAT SORT OF SERVICE IS HALFORDS???? , I also contacted Halfords also and no reply also , no wonder why they are closing stores because of stuff like this very bad customer service ! , I’ll be sorting this out via complaints courts if I don’t hear from them very soon !!
Taken the money for a bike but not delivered it
Taken the money for a bike, yet not delivered it.
When you can finally speak with someone (generally a wait on the phone of over an hour) they will just lie to you to get you off the phone.
4 calls and 4 different delivery dates, one thing they are great at is blaming their suppliers.
I would definitely not recommend giving these guys your money
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I have had to chase them every time i wanted an update on a case i have open about the poor work they carried out on my bike. 4 weeks since raising the case and still no resolution and no communication.
