I found the three staff working in the shop on the day that I collected my bike were very helpful, friendly and informative. The youngest staff member even helped me to put the bike into my car.

I came in to the store today because one of my spokes on my bike snapped was greeted buy raz and Stewart they done amazing job thank u so much every bike I have they always check it and inspect it and give inspection papers before they give u the bikes hawks is one of the best bike shop ever all my family has had bikes from hawks still got them till this day
