They have an amazing collection of practically new bikes. The service was excellent. The Frog bike we bought was literally half the price of new, looked new, and even had new tyres.

Great bike at a good value price in the January sale. Mark gave great advice and help with arranging collection and went out of his way to make sure I was all set to ride my new bike home.

1st of all I would like to thank Toby for the great customer service was very helpful and went far and beyond helping me fix my inner tube. I initially went to halfords to get air in my tire and as soon as I left the car park I got a flat so I returned back to halfords at the alperton branch to get a new inner tube and as always halfords never had stock so I knew cycle king had a branch close by so I gave them a call to find out if there was any stock available and Toby was so helpful in helping and I can say I will definitely be coming back amd I recommend all people needing bycyle parts to try cycle king and never to use halfords especially the alperton branch.
And Toby again I like to thank you once again am a happy customer

I visited Cycle King Wembley with my son to get a bike rack fitted. Mehul assisted us and was incredibly obliging and efficient. He fitted the rack whilst we waited and took excellent care of us. Excellent service with a smile - would highly recommend.

The two guys that were there were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions politely. If I had known I’d be writing this review, I would’ve asked them for their names.

Very bountiful store with lots of items, that are also reasonably priced. Basically anything you would need in regards to cycling, you’ll find it there.

I went there to pick up a bracket for my basket after I couldn’t find any online.

Firstly I don't enjoy writing negative reviews about any company as I was passing I went into cycle king Wembley I politely asked the manager if he could tighten my Break that he had left loose on a previous visit and he started moaning and almost complaining to me that he was preparing stock for up coming sales and he was busy although I don't remember him saying he was busy I cernantainly got the message which went on for a few seconds making me feel as if I was problem leaving me feeling really uncomfortable and I found my self apologising to him for just to walking into the shop and disturbing him because he was very busy which I shouldn't have done. I'v worked in retail if your busy drop everything and help the customer that's what I use to do. On a previous visit I had my front wheel changed I then went back because the wheel I purchased would not pump up the manager examined the wheel he discovered some strange watery glue substance inside the tire which was squeezed out almost like it was poured inside the tire before fitting the new wheel. You'll be lucky if you get a nod or smile in acknowledgement when you go into the shop in Wembley just a negative environment that's my experience how I feel.
I am disappointed with your response and have no intention of changing my review its clear to me you don't take customer service seriously and I am more than happy to take my business to another bike shop its really not a problem for me because there are numerous bike shops to choose from.

excellent service, friendly approach

I ordered an inner tube but when I got home I found it had some parts missing. The team at the Wembley shop quickly arranged for the parts to be available for collection the next day. Very friendly and efficient service and would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.
