Bought an electric trike from here, the staff were amazing.

The man who served me spent ages helping me work out the best lights to fit to it, fitted them for me before i left and made sure I had everything I need. Helped me out the shop then when I had a little trouble getting going outside the shop (coz Ive never ridden one before and its a lot wider and heavier than a normal bike) the guy came back out the shop to check i was ok.

Different member of staff on the phone the night before had reserved it for me and made sure all the safety checks were done before I got there to pick it up, even charged the battery up so i could ride it home.

A huge thank you to the staff at Cycle King Rochester. I had an issue with my bike whilst doing a coast to coast ride. I popped in to Cycle King and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in getting me back on the road straight away.

These guys know what they are talking about and understand customer service

Many years ago I bought a foot pump from Cycle King, Rochester. It’s recent taken to letting air out of the tyres and no amount of my uninformed fiddling could cure it.
I took it back to the shop, the assistant manager connected it to a bike and the tyre lost its air. He identified the location of the escaping pressure, the gauge has unscrewed a couple of turns. Thanks Cycle King, no charge. You may yet benefit from this good turn, you have a very good selection of E-bikes, I am tempted.

Personal help fantastic and road bike set up perfectly . Given excellent advice for other products I needed , safety helmet and lock . Great value for money at sale price . Would highly recommend .

Items were ready at the desk for when I turned up to save time

The team offered helpful guidance on selecting my sons bike (a Xmas gift) and were really proactive in helping us arrange prompt collection.

Only slight negative was the automated text message told us incorrectly that the bike was ready for collection when it was not in fact in the store yet (lucky I called to check)

But the team in store and on the phone were incredibly helpful throughout and I would recommend highly

Went there as it was recommended to buy a new bike for my grandsons birthday coz normally go to smiths (I wouldn’t recommend) so after said bike was picked they set the bike up to suit my grandsons height etc so he was happy with everything before I paid and went out with one very happy 7 year old so I will be returning very soon with the other grandson on his birthday 😊👍

Went in with an 'unusual' request, Billy went out of his way to provide what I wanted, and there was NO Charge! Blinding Customer Service, Well Done, Everybody

Great service, we always buy our kids bikes from here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, I placed an order online and had a phone call the same day asking when I needed it ready by. Highly recommend.

I went into the Rochester shop today, I was helped by two gentlemen, they were so helpful,knowledgeable and kind, they went above and beyond to help me.
I will definitely come back here again to upgrade my daughter bike.

They kept the bike in storage for months for me (couldn't believe it) and then had it ready just in time for my child's birthday. Excellent service.

The service from Sean was nothing but excellent and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I took my daughter’s bike for a repair this morning and Sean dropped what he was doing and fixed it straight away without any fuss. From arriving at the store the customer service was next to nothing and Sean was very friendly and could not do enough to help. He even had time to answer questions and guide me to my daughter next bike.

I will definitely be returning over the next couple of months to purchase her new bike.

Would like to add that their range of bikes are very good and at good price to meet all needs.

Only wish I knew about this store previously.

I have always had a great experience with staff at Cycle King. Especially about 6 weeks back. ( SORRY FOR DELAY). the lovely and kind Dennis pumped my tyres for me on my new bike and explained to me about the valve. I did not know this and thought that I had a flat rear tyre. I offered money and Dennis said, "No" I can do a bit of kindness for somebody! Bless his heart. So here's the feedback. Thanks Dennis , you superstar!!

My granddaughter loves the bike. Very good value for money. Sales assistant was extremely helpful
