Ordered a number of products in sale only to be told items were incorrectly priced and order was cancelled. Items still on website for original sale price paid...very unprofessional!!!

Items ordered 08/04.23 not received by 22/04/23 no response to email or web site enquire form, Claiming a refund via PayPal

Ordered in-stock product. Told it was out of stock with no option to wait for shipment and given a refund that still hasn't cleared almost a week later. Interesting the Paypal address links to a jejamescycles.com that has the part in stock but for more money. Curious why they couldn't honour the price.

Ordered a kids Giant bike for Christmas, delivered in 3 days no problems.
I was concerned about delivery times and stock info on other shops sites, Cyclein was showing as 'in stock'. Ordered on line, email confirmation said it would be checked and dispatched the next day on 24hr delivery with APC, but with a note to say may take 48 hrs in busy periods. It didn't come within 24 hrs so I phoned up to get a tracking number to check (wasn't included on email). The phone number went to 'Giant Store Sheffield' where a helpful guy confirmed the tracking number and that it was out for delivery that day (It arrived shortly after). I have quickly checked the bike and all looks good- packaging was fine. All in all a good experience.

Mickey Mouse company nobody knows what's happening with your order or which courier company they dispatched it I was told it was sent with Royal mail it arrived with APC absolutely clueless never ever again you have been warned

I was slightly wary of spending so much money on a bike from a company which only had a few reviews. I would definitely recommend cyclein now. Buy with confidence. Bike turned up a few days after ordering. Cant wait to see sons face xmas day ..

I was also a bit wary of purchasing from this website as not many reviews online but after searching the internet, they were the only retailer that had the bike in stock so i took a chance! Happy to say the transaction was seamless from start to finish and when i asked for tracking information, it was supplied and staff were very friendly and bike delivered on date they stated at time of ordering. Would 100% purchase from them again as absolutely delighted with the bike and the customer service.

I was a bit twitchy buying an expensive bike from a new company, but they were superb from start to finish. Reassuring communication and the bike arrived in perfect condition exactly as promised

I should never have bought from this online company... there is zero customer support... I’ve emailed a bunch of times and get no response. There is no phone number to call in... I bought a £2000 bike from this company... which was delivered quickly & the bike is great... but the front disk brake is rattling & the chain comes off the bike when I gear down to the lowest gear... I have emailed them 3 times for help/ assistance... zero response... do yourselves a favour & DO NOT male the same mistake I did... buy from a shop. I will probably have to pay someone to fix issues on a brand new 2 grand bike. Never again.

I was hesitant to buy from this website as I couldn't find any reviews online but I took a chance and bought a co2/hand pump which arrived pretty quickly. I didn't get a despatch email to confirm postage so they could maybe improve a little there but overall I am very pleased!
