Great Server Hosting

The price per performance is awesome! no selling by player slots etc. you get all access to your server and Jason was great at supporting me!

Terraria servers are awesome!

I got a server for terraria to play on with friends (plantera server) and it worked phenomenally. Never had any lag or anything weird ever. Worked like a charm.

Customer service is fantastic as well when I needed to use it. Juan in particular is a super helpful guy and takes care of anything you need!

10/10 best support team besides Steam

I don't do this often in a world full of lazy customer support workers, but cybrancee genuinely impressed me. Every single time I put in a support ticket, it's responded to within the day. If I have a complex request, they don't necessarily "go by the book," they literally will change the rules to make their customers happy lol. I've had 3 support requests and all three were very quick to be answered and I was perfectly satisfied with the fix. Instead of spouting some BS verbatim from the FAQs, they simply fix the problem. Love you guys ❤️ I'll never use another host again.
