It is a great system. I have recomended it to two friends so far this week. I like the fact that it deletes all of the "cookies" you collect when using the web.
I have used the old system Speed Zooka and Spy Zooka for years but both are now combined into one which is good.

ZookaWare has kept my Win7 going virus & malware free. Optimization/Tune-up is fast. It is welcome that some options are customizable to your preference. I am sure there is more to learn for me to make optimum use of all the program features, however this program gets the job done & basis set-up is easy to understand, everything is automatic once you set everything the way you want it to run! I usually, do not do reviews at all, but this company went out of their way to keep me as a customer offering a substantial discount to renew my annual subscription. This tells me they understand who the customer is, do their best to meet their customer needs & value customer loyalty. I am on disability & retirement income & my wife & I appreciate that they recognized our financial situation & they went beyond most others & did what they needed to keep the customer. ZookaWare came highly recommended by the IT guy that assists our football team. I have trusted it the last several years and my old and I mean old lap top is still running fine and I notice it runs faster after a good ZookaWare cleaning.

The problem was interpreted by a knowledge-able person and the response gave the background and the fix.

It was all good I just don't give 10's or 5's. Always room for a little improvement.

Oliver was dogged and persistent in trying to help me eliminate an issue with pop-up ads within my computer. After several attempts, he helped get it resolved. Excellent customer service.

Recently there was some confusion regarding my subscription payment. I contacted the Zookaware customer service and asked for help in straightening out my account. In no time Oliver determined that I had actually purchased a new subscription as well as renewing my old one. I was notified that a refund would be made for the unneeded subscription. The customer service is great.

ZookaWare is a name that you can trust to maintain your computer's peak performance. And whenever there is an issue (which is rare), someone
is willing to step forward and address it. Such was the case when Oliver assisted me recently. After a few exchanges, the issue was clarified and resolved. I really enjoy ZookaWare's features. But more, I appreciate its good, dependable service to correct minor glitches because so often they are frustrating and time-consuming. Before ZookaWare there was this program the hit and missed resulting in my computer hanging. I read an evaluation on PC Review about ZW that was promising and I decided to try it. It cleans and defrags my registry with no more hanging. So far I have paid my money and gotten everything I asked for and more. I have been using this for at least six years and I have no intention of stopping now. I am a firm believer that when it does a good job at what you purchased it to do, you should keep it.

I had a problem renewing my membership to Zookaware due to the need to update my credit card information also. I emailed customer service and representative Oliver was excellent in his assistance. He advised me what to do and I did and everything worked out just fine.

Sorry about the 4 stars but I very rarely give 5 stars to anything. If possible I'd give 4.8 starts. I love your product and your customers service group (Oliver) is outstanding. Keep up the great work

At first i didnt like the idea of a yearly subscription, then after I signed up I noticed Zookaware releases monthly updates with new features and improvements so it makes the subscription fee more than worth it.

They used to charge $29.95 for one computer but now let you have up to 5 computers for the same price!

A couple times i contacted them for support and got a fast response.
