More days NOT working, than working
This VPN had way too many days, periods where it did NOT work. It cut off completely my internet connection.
Stoped using this VPN a year before my subscription stoped.

BE AWARE WHEN YOU BUY THIS!!!
You'll get:
- A you have the problem so fix it yourself "customer service".
- A VPN that mostly just does not work.
- Losing a tremendous amount of time because you will often be busy fifteen to 30 minutes getting internet often just opting for closing off Cyberghost and go on the internet without just because you just don't want to go to the whole remove and re-install process again.
Using Cyberghost is like living in a nightmare, losing valuable time on a daily basis. People saying that this program work flawlessly on the background are probably really not aware that they are on the internet without VPN because the Killswitch seldom works. Next to this most servers Cyberghost has are recognized by websites so you will be switching between servers constantly while browsing the internet if it works.
You need to watch this VPN constantly, so the first thing you need to do when starting up your computer is check if Cyberghost is working. If the counter doesn't go up you'll know it doesn't and this will happen on a daily basis.
Then you need to restart your PC several times and hope it will work. If it doesn't you need to remove Cyberghost from your computer and restall it again. If you are lucky it will work one or two days.
I'll be so happy when i finally can say goodbye to this program from Hell.
Reading the reviews here, I can only hope that I can get rid of this program, Ending your subscription is a nightmare and after you did all traces of it are removed so you'll have no prove and this company is well known to charge you anyway and put the blame on you (as they also do when you have problems)
Edit: And again after no internet connection at all via VPN I decided to uninstall again and Cyberghost completely f-ed op my wifi connection so that I didn't had internet at all and i was busy over an hour to get it working again. I'm done. I'm going to find myself working VPN.

Everything was great with no difficulty and I believe that I am well protected. Simple to use (starts with the PC) and completely silent in the background. Well done.
The price I paid was more than expected as the rebates come and go with the chosen options. Could be clearer but it is my only critic.

Does not respect contract and some staff are very rude
Bought a 27 month subscription in 2025, was confirmed via email to be valid till August 2027 and they charged anyway in April 2026. When I pointed out I had a confirming email it would run till August 2027, they coldly said there was an error in the email. While I was keying in I still had a screenshot of the purchase I made, the chat person just said this was the end of the discussion and they left it.

Crashes a lot
Crashes a lot. App freezes and not able to use. You have to follow a long process to reinstall. Happened to me 3 times this year. Waste of time and energy. Support is also lacking speed and communication skills. Would def. not recommend. Waste of time and money. (on Macbook).
