Im not a paid bot! I’ve used Cyberdent and after 6 or so months and my teeth have all moved and I have to re do my Invisalign, always use vivaro done by your dentist even if it’s more expensive. Don’t use Cyberdent :(

Great company. I bought a retainer kit of them, really fast delivery, clear instructions and you get extra putty to make sure you get impressions right. I love the fact you can send them photos of the impression to check it’s ok before sending. The retainer was delivered really quickly and they even checked in after to make sure I was happy. Good quality retainer and would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend :)

Really easy to do and easy to contact seller!! They respond quickly and help with any questions as well as a follow up message to ensure everything is all okay. The mound was easy to take and it’s so simple that the envelope / parcel is pre paid for. Can’t recommend enough

Excellent service. Taking the impressions wasn't hard. Super helpful customer support over WhatsApp. Sent them off in the prepaid envelope and had my retainers posted to me fairly quickly.

I was looking for a company to make a set of retainers using an existing dental model that I had. Company had fast replies and were able to fulfil request promptly. they returned my existing dental model with the new retainer which fit well.

Great service, could not recommend more. The retainer I ordered, arrived promptly, it was also competitive priced! It was, however, slightly loose on my gums. Customer care was excellent and I had another one delivered within few days, at no extra cost. A very happy customer, indeed!

Needed a replacement retainer and chose this company based on the cheaper price and the good reviews. Delivery of the retainer impression kit was quick, and instructions on how to use it were easy to follow and very clear. As the instructions suggested, I sent a WhatsApp picture of my impressions to ensure they were okay, and received a response within half an hour. Communication throughout the whole process was quick and clear. Retainers arrived very quickly, just over a week after sending them the impressions. I'm very happy with the retainers themselves, as they fit comfortably and are exactly what I was wanting. Just be sure you know exactly how to use the impression kit before using it as there's only one spare set of putty if you make an error. Only way my experience could have been improved is if I received a confirmation email that the company had received my retainer impressions, because until I received the retainers today, I was starting to worry that the impressions had been lost in the post. Other than that, I would fully recommend this company. Communication was great, delivery was quick and its much cheaper than other services.

Fantastic service and product. I was looking for a replacement set of retainers following teeth straightening and these are absolutely perfect. So helpful with any questions I had and delivery time was amazing! Would highly recommend 5⭐️

These retainers are brilliant. I got top and bottom ones so that I can alternate them.
They are thicker than the ones I had made when I had my teeth done in Turkey and seem to be even more effective. I checked with my Turkish Dentist who said that they would be fine for my full mouth of implants.
I did mess one up I sent them pictures but as they sent a spare putty they told me to send the messed up one and the better one.
I clench and grind my teeth really badly all night and they have literally stopped my morning headaches and jaw aches over night.
I am thrilled with them. When I put them in I hardly know they are in they are so comfy. They are nothing like the rubbish cheap ones that you struggle to sleep and breathe wearing.😁😁

I received my aligners promptly and they were a reasonably priced. Any queries I had was responded to in a timely manner. Very pleased and will use this service for future aligners for sure.

I needed a replacement for my retainers and ordered off Cyberdent. My experience with online companies isn’t great but they were great and timely in responding, went out of their way to help and even offered a refund when I messed up the impression even though it wasn’t their fault. One off experience as they seem to really care about their customers and I hope other companies learn from them. Professional, Hassle free, Competent. I wish them every success ahead.

As a former client of FrankSmile and SmileDirect, I found myself in need of a replacement for my aligners after their closure. This led me to CyberDent UK, a company with relatively fewer reviews compared to the ones I had previously used. Despite my initial apprehension, I was pleasantly surprised by the seamless experience I had with them.

One of the standout features was the speed at which they provided the retainer kit. The process of making the retainer at home was straightforward, and the end result fit properly, which was crucial for me. This efficiency was a significant relief, especially considering the uncertainty I felt transitioning from my previous aligner providers.
Clara was impeccable in terms of customer service. Her assistance and guidance throughout the process made me feel supported and assured.
For the price, this is literally a no-brainer and I will for sure come back again should my retainers break for any reason. If you do have the previous documents from SmileDirect, just send them and they will be able to do a retainer based on those documents. I think it was the SLI? something similar.

The impression kit was so easy and straight forward to use and the team were extremely helpful in ensuring it was a smooth process! The quality of the retainers is great, they feel secure and arrived really fast by post. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I need replacement retainers in the future. Overall a brilliant service!
