Their representative told me that I had a very good chance of recovery. In fact, I had no chance for recovery. I wasted over 1 year and $2000. My funds were part of a 'pig butchering' scheme, and the money ended up in an exchange that does not follow international law. The scammers were working out of either China or North Korea, so law enforcement could not assist me. They tried to make a claim against my bank, which was declined. The regulators took the bank's side.
Law enforcement was useless. I spoke to the FBI and the Secret Service. Both told me I had no chance for recovery. I then talked to a lawyer, and he said the cyberclaims legal argument was not tenable and that suing the bank would not work. The lawyer declined to take my case as he knew it would not be successful.

You absolutely should employ this company on your case. The did immaculate job for me I hired them 11 months ago after chatting on the phone regarding my case with one of their reps. I lost 47K in crypto and slightly lower amount via wires to the same scam. They were confident that my case is a strong one and I believed them. To be fair, it took longer than they said - 11 months instead of 6 promised, but I ended up getting the funds back. The process it tiring and I lost hope a couple of times, not gonna lie, but at the end of the day it was absolutely worth the hustle. 

Everything is official, I signed a contract with me, they were sending status reports, etc. Faced a couple of delays though, but all that matters is that my money is back to my pocket.

I would like to give a big Hi 5 to Cyberclaims for helping recover a huge portion of a scam that I suffered late 2023. I had been told by numerous people from all walks of life that I had no chance of ever recovering my funds. Full recovery!! Darren Kaplan and the recovery team at Cyberclaims were amazing. We lost over 300K to a crypto trading scam, and Cyberclaims successfully traced the stolen crypto, identified the liable crypto exchanges, and handled the recovery process including dealing with all of the relevant entities from start to finish. Without them I would've been out of pocket for the full amount. My bank and the crypto exchanges told me they couldn't help and law enforcement had no idea what to do. I used their service to retrieve my lost funds around 6 months. Guess where we are right now? $0 retrieved, all letters prepared by them have been rejected by crypto exchanges and response from them is also equal to 0. I am still waiting for an updated tracing report to take further actions by myself and cannot see ANY response from them since 3 weeks now. Absolutely waste of money and there is NO way they will get your lost funds back, please do not be naive.

This is a total scam much like the ones who stole my money on the first place, stay away from them. I was contacted by Craig Sutton, he promised to recover my scammed money, but I had to pay 3,000. After I may the payment they just ran with my money. All the websites craig sent me to gain my trust are all gone. They send you tracing reports to make you believe that they are working on recovering your money, but you have to email the reports to the electronic wallets and ask for refund -which it of course don't work. All of this is just a fancy way of covering their scam sophisticated way of depraving you of your funds. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Don't listen to that guy Craig Sutton.

My experience with Cyberclaims has been amazing! I purchased tracing and social media investigation services from them to track down the scammers. I was initially targeted through social media and I did my best to understand who was behind the scheme. All the info they passed to me was brought to the police, so I hope the scammer will be caught!

I submitted a possible scam recovery request through Scam Detector and was contacted by Craig Sutton. He took the time to look at the big picture...ie..the original scam from 2 years ago that led to this recent scam. He explained the processes and helped me realise that it was unlikely that anything could be recovered from the original one and that it might not be worth pursuing the recent one, although they had the technology to proceed. I decided not to proceed, and spend more money with a possible unsatisfactory outcome.
Craig invited me to ask future advice in the event of further scam attempts, which I have already asked, and becuase of this I have avoided 2 further scam attempts.

I lost a very large amount through sophisticated crypto scam. When I reported the scam to Scamwatch (National Anti-scam centre in Australia) Cyber claims approached me providing recovery consulting services. Darren is pleasant, friendly and convincing in his manner. He did some preliminary work on the case; I read the reviews on Cyber Claims and asked specifically what the anticipated success rate would be; a categoric '90%'chance of winning against the bank involved. This certainly impacted on my decision to sign the service agreement. An initial nonrefundable retainer fee of Aus $16800 (+ planned 6% on any recovered funds) was charged. initially, the service was good with an allocated case manager (CM) in writing letters to the bank, however, the service quality declined amidst the subsequent denial of the bank to take any responsibility; Darran and the CM kept my hopes up with their reassurances as I was losing faith in their service as the process continued. The actual return I got was 0%!! (after appealing to the regulation authority, AFCA) I will not recommend Cyber Crime as they were not truthful in providing a realistic and transparent expectation of success rate; when they have already got the facts of the case and as professionals in the work of helping the traumatized scam victims they need to be mindful of the sensitivity of the victims emotional state...or is it a case of primarily caring about their business interests? Every case is different, therefore even more important to give a % range of success rate .
