Single female just visited cwm…
Single female just visited cwm environmental where I pulled up and started to empty my boot. There were two employees standing against the railings opposite the dumpsters doing nothing.
I got plastic door trim out and walked towards the hard plastic dumpster only to be shouted at as I put it in the dumpster.
The employee who shouted shook his head and walked towards the dumpster to get what I had just dumped.
No explanation as to why the fuss. When I said that they had watched me unload the plastic and didn’t say anything I was told that I was ranting!
To say that you need firstly to give your employees customer training, and secondly get them to do their JOB.
I am a regular visitor unfortunately and have encountered unhelpful staff before.

Always a First Rate Service at Nantycaws
Yet another stress free trip to Nantycaws. I have been coming here for 7 years now and am ashamed to say this is my first review. A trip here is something I look forward to (I know, sad right?) - each visit I am met with professional, helpful and just lovely staff. Nothing is too much trouble and help is always available. Truly - the biggest thank you :-)

Hidden gem
The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The shop is clean inviting and well priced. Returns are accepted if the item is faulty. My children love visiting and we love the fact we are saving thing's from landfill
