CWD Pond Reviews 

Came across these guys whilst searching for a closer supplier of pressure pipe for our relocation of a new larger pump room. First thoughts after speaking to Joanne, they seemed very friendly and accommodating, to the point where I needed it quickly as we had the concrete pour in 3 days and i was invited to collect from her home. I went to pick up the pick the £600 order up. The following day I had an issue with checking and testing the fittings dry, We were given a total mix and match of all kinds of manufacturers that would just not go together, Whilst there were fittings that were a good fit, the majority were nowhere near. I received metric to imperial couplers instead of straight couplers, the 4" bends were white instead of grey, they were way too loose fitting and not correct at all. Additional items that arrived by courier were also incorrect. I called Joanne, told her the issue and she said there was more boxes of fittings and she would have to check and try to match them up for the pipe they supplied me. Joanne agreed 48 hours after that we could return any of the items that were an issue. I sent an email with exactly what the issues were. Due to the uncertainty of their box of unknown fittings I decided to visit my original suppler in Cannock to get exactly what fittings were needed and to replace the ones that would not fit. I will say that each and every fitting that I collected from CD Aquatics in Great Wyrley matched and fitted like a glove. 3 weeks passed as I was busy with the build and other things, I contacted them again by email, it was ignored. I called them and they refused to do anything at all. I hate leaving negative reviews for anyone however I'm stuck with a total mix and match of rubbish fittings at over £150 that they agreed to have back, however not I'm told is outside of their returns policy even though I contacted them and she agreed to have them back. I would urge anyone who is buying from these to check every fitting as they seem to sell and old rubbish in whatever colour they can get their hands on.

Very Good Quality Product and very helpful with advice

Delivery was two weeks much longer than other suppliers and then I received the wrong part. This was changed without an issue however.
