I was scam by this company. I sent multiple emails trying to communicate with them and no response. They claimed that my package was outside my door and I never got it.

I was scammed also. I fell for the ad, without doing my due diligence. What a shame.

Scam !!! I ordered never heard from them. Don't believe any of the social media ads. Charges should be placed on companies preying on people looking for health solutions. SHAME

If I could give zeroes I would. This place is a scam & a rip off. My fiancée was bamboozled out of his $60 but more than the money. The faith he had in this advertiser about cleansing while he had just been discharged from ICU with symptoms of CHF. Do NOT spend your money or energy on this nonsense!!

Scammed!! Ordered an Herb package on June 26th 2025 and still have not been updated or reached out to about package after trying to contact their email.

This company is a SCAM. I placed an order in June and exchanged several emails which they informed me that they were sending me an order update and tracking information. That email was never received. I sent following up emails and received no response. Do not order from this company. It is a scam.

On 7/14/25, I ordered the kidney cleanse herbal capsules. Up until now, I have not received them, even though I have been charged $100 ($50 for each unit - charged twice since I was on their ‘subscription’. This is inhumane because many of us want to improve our health naturally, and they use this to rip us off.

I placed my order on July 4 of this year but never received my order. They emailed an excuse of back orders in August but they’ve taken down their website and blocked accounts from social media platforms. This company (CWBotanicals) is obviously a SCAM and should be handled accordingly.

Sent my money May 15 2025 it is now September 15 2025 . No product, no refund. Straight scam artist. Stay away!!!!

I ordered a product from this company in mid June and still have not received it. I got a response before but now no response.

Out of 6-28-2025 I have yet to receive any additional information from this company I should have read the reviews first I'll contact my bank and have a reverse the charge this don't make any sense. Not even an email saying yeah all that have been shipped

I put in my order May 19, 2025 and still have not received my order. I have sent 3 emails asking the status of my order and have yet to hear back from them. Im definitely thinking this company is a scam and will never get my order. They stole almost $140 from me. This company needs to be investigated and shutdown.

This company took 176.32 dollars of mine. They need to be investigated. They sending raunchy products to others. I've ask for my my back and have not received anything but broken promises. Black companied owned which gives other black businesses a bad caution. I have ordered another set of products from another company and was ripped off $121 bucks It just seems like this is a constant thing I don't know what's up with this company they keep promising me they're sending and they don't but they stolen that money from me and have not returned anything to me or they've reached out I give them that but that is it lies after lie after lie. I've got the proof!

Sent half my order. Expired label, when I reached out to them via email they didn’t respond. (I reached out twice in a two week span) I reached out via social media and sent me a copy and paste message asking for my order number, once I provided they blocked me. They use fake trustpilot reviews on their website.

Ordered a bottle of iron power supplement from website and they sent me an expired bottle. It smelled and taste like trash. I want a refund.
