Found this agency ‘Cventix’ through Upwork.

Be aware -Cventix is no different to any Pakistani or Indian sweatshop agency.

Cventix’s front managed by ‘Alex’ will state that they are based in Melbourne, Australia. This is far from the truth.

All work by Cventix will be conducted by their outsourced Pakistani team. Expect zero communication from the Australian member after the contract is initiated, sloppy delayed work, and constant pressure to release payment and milestones when the work is not done.

Do yourself a favour by saving your time, money and energy by not working with this “scam” of an agency.

If you're considering hiring Cventix for any development work, run the other way. We engaged this so-called "Australian" agency, led by the deceitful Alex, to build a straightforward WordPress site that their own proposal promised would take just 5 weeks. Instead, the project dragged on for over 3 months and was still nowhere near finished – until Cventix abruptly pulled the rug from under us by randomly ending the contract without warning, accessing our own hosting server, resetting it, and deleting our entire website and intellectual property. They then outright denied any involvement, even though GoDaddy's logs and support explicitly confirmed it was them who made the unauthorized changes. They are thieves who will steal and destroy your website out of the blue, liars who refuse to acknowledge their actions and fabricate excuses to cover their incompetence, and outright scammers who bait you with premium Australian pricing only to outsource everything to subpar Pakistani freelancers you can't even communicate with. Their work is abysmal, their timelines are a joke, and their treatment of clients is downright abusive. They deserve to be banned from Upwork for their unethical practices, poor quality output, and blatant disregard for clients. Prospective clients, heed this warning: Cventix will rob you blind, deliver garbage, and blame you for their failures.
