I was told by Suzuki that a part on a car I had purchased from CoPart was the wrong part fitted and they wanted £1750 + VAT to fit and £400 to align!
So I wanted to purchase this part to supposedly fix this problem and I ask Cuztom (via eBay) how much for the part? Cuztoms asked me why? Strange I thought at first but then they then inquired what the problem was? I told them and they came back with where to check and what area to check as I was a novice self repair. They confirmed the part fitted seems correct for the year and model. I checked the area where they advised and it ended up being a £47 eBay fix in exactly the area Cuztoms told me to look. Thank you so much for your knowledge and I did not even purchase anything from Cuztoms so advice was free , I owe them....

Worst seller I've come across.
Easily offended by genuine customer questions (as stated in the listing to ASK if unsure) and considers customers to be wasting his time. After agreeing to his terms and conditions of sale, he refused to sell in the end. This all took place in the space of 1 hour!

I normally don't leave reviews even if its a bad experience but this is another level. I hope this stops people from buying their products and go with a far more professional establishment.

I needed a steering rack desperately for my Swift. I found one for a sport model and emailed to see if it would fit. I was replied to so quickly and with such a lot of information. Postage was cheap, fast and packaged so securely and well. Product was exactly as pictured and described. Very very very happy.

My car wouldn't start and I took advice from Tomasz and his help meant that I could get back on the road quickly and it was very much appreciated!

Needed a couple of doors for my daughter's Suzuki Swift and viewed some through Cuztoms. Couldn't have been more helpful both in terms of knowledge on what I needed and arranging for me to collect. Went the extra mile by removing the sport stickers that I didn't require. Even supplied extra packaging to ensure I didn't damage them in the back of my car. Can't recommend enough and will definitely do business again.

Been dealing with Tom at Cuztoms for quite some time now. I find him to be very knowledgeable especially when it comes to Suzuki parts. The delivery is quick,the prices are right,and I find the stock both second hand, also new, perfect for me, along with a great saving.

I went to Cuztoms for a SAT NAV upgrade on my Suzuki Swift, only to be told I already had it in my car and just needed the SAT NAV SD Card to make it work upon inspection from Cuztoms.

I was quoted £600 to have the SAT NAV upgrade done by Suzuki themselves and all it was needing was a £20 SD Card.

Very honest, upfront and very helpful in everyway!!

If it wasn't for cuztoms I wouldn't have my swift on the road.

My gear linkage bushes went and I found Tom with the kit and fix it (twice) thanks to many swift owners for recommending his product.

When me head went a couple years back tom helped me source a second hand head for my szr.

X2 new clocksprings recently and helping source a couple bits for mine and a friends swift.

If you need something always message him best service ever.

Tom is very helpful and knowledgeable with his parts and the cars, never had a problem and will continue to use his website in the future, quick delivery also!

Needed a part for a suzuki swift . The guy dont know anything about customer service and to keep his promise. Everyday he makes an excuses to avoid you. if you dont want to sell something just tell your customer. dont waist your time and the customers. learn some manner and respect its not very diffcult.
