Great subscription service, really takes the hustle out of taking more than one supplement and the app helps a lot too with the reminders and the progress. The only downside is the courier service (for Greece specifically) which is extremely slow

LATEST UPDATE: After my less than ideal initial experience posted below, I got into contact with Cuure and they were very quick to first offer a 30% discount, and later a full replacement box, after the order still hasn't arrived days later. Supposedly the very long delay in shipping was caused by a routing error of the package by their delivery partner. Their support is happy to help and fast to reply.

Painfully slow fulfillment & shipping with inaccurate tracking information. I have placed my order on November 6th and it took until November 14th for my order to be handed over to their shipping partner. I received the ShipUp tracking link which linked to two other tracking pages - one from IMX France and another from DPD. The ShipUp page estimated time of arrival to be November 22nd while the other two pages had no estimate.
As time went on, updates slowly started coming in:
November 16th
- ShipUp: Package left the IMX sorting center
- IMX: Departed to destination country
November 17th
- ShipUp: Package left the country of origin
November 18th - At this point, a FOURTH tracking link popped up on the IMX page! This one linking to a "Packeta" tracking page
- ShipUp:
- Package arrived in the destination country
- Package out for delivery
- Package out for delivery (yes, same update twice in the same day plus very inaccurate as the package was nowhere near being "out for delivery", not even in the destination country!)
- IMX:
- International transit
- Arrived at destination country
- Packeta: Package has been consigned at DEPO - Rudná, K Vypichu 468.
November 20th:
- ShipUp: Package out for delivery
- IMX: Arrived at destination country
November 21st:
- ShipUp: Package out for delivery
Then no more updates and the package was still nowhere to be seen - not even on the 22nd when it was supposed to finally arrive, 16 days after the order was placed and 8 days after dispatch (keep in mind orders generally take 3-4 days to arrive inside the EU, from prior experience with other vendors).
Today, on the 24th November (already 2 days late according to the very generous estimated arrival time) another update finally appeared on the "Packeta" tracking page: Package has arrived at depot Břeclav, Na Hrůdách 1147
So in the past 6 days (since the 18th) the package moved the equivalent of a 2h 40min drive across the Czech Republic, still nowhere near to its destination (Slovenia).
During this entire time there has also not been a single update on the DPD tracking page besides the initial "Order information has been transmitted to DPD".
Whatever shipping method they're using is clearly not effective and I hope they look into shipping with a single provider (such as directly with DPD, for example) instead of using a million intermediaries which slow the process down to the point where I haven't even received my first order yet and the next one is scheduled to be dispatched on December 6th (in 12 days). The number of tracking pages and inaccuracy of information is also very confusing and unnecessary.
Really hoping the order arrives soon and that I'll at least be happy with the quality of the product.
UPDATE: And now, about an hour after midnight on the 25th, I received an automated email from Cuure, claiming my order is out for delivery and will be delivered within a few hours, just adding to the confusion - the tracking information still says the package only arrived to the Czech Republic earlier today (I'm from Slovenia).
