Poor service, ordered a knife 12/12/21 for next day delivery 12th is a Sunday so expected knife to arrive 14th, nothing arrived, on 16th emailed to ask for refund of next day delivery charge and ask where my order was, they advised they will refund my delivery charge but said they needed to check where order was with dispatch team, that was over 24 hours ago now and still no update, defo wouldn’t use this company again, poor delivery, poor customer service, if I have not had my order by 20/12/21 I will be claiming the money back via my credit card.
I had to return an item that was not suitable.
Apparently the accounts department had to be chased before they would get around to refunding.

My first order with this marvelous company, I was not sure how to go about ordering on line, I rang and spoke to a very helpful young lady.
(at this point I'm not sure if I should mention names, but she knows).
My enquiry was about a kind of knife scabbard of which I had been serching for a while. within their stock was exatly what I was looking for. The young lady was kind enough to talk me through my on-line order
(which included taking my order over the phone to stand as a record, if I had made a mistake with my on-line order)
They carry a very extensive range of stock. Most importantly the prices are not expensive.
The web site is well worth a vist, even just to browse.
A marvlous service, I would not hesitate to and I shall use cutting edge services again. I would recommend the use of this company to anybody.
