Great English knife makers, they have been my go to for cutlery and knives for 3+ years now, always delivered on time and arrive next day.

Very impressed, razor sharp well made knife

I placer order on the 25th November. It still has not been sent. I paid for express shipment. I have tried following up several times and I have had no update. This was meant to be a Christmas present.

Following up with an update to my previously review where I had ordered two abalone knives and after 30+ days I and not received the knives and I had had no response to my emails. I received a shipping notification approx a week ago that one of the knives had shipped from the shipping co not the seller. Had to pay $60 in customs and shipping fees (they advertise shipping is included in the purchase price.) Received the knife today! It is beautiful and every bit the quality as pictured. Keeping my fingers crossed that I receive the second knife.

Ordered item 3 weeks ago and not received. Contacted customer service several times but no reply. No tracking info either

This is not a real business. It is a scam unfortunately. Stay away, as they do not provide any service.

Their email bounces. The phone number goes to some random bloke. The address of the business is on some residential estate in Croydon.

Other people in the reviews seems to have also been scammed and got their money taken without receiving a product.

Stay away.

Arrived in immaculate condition, razor sharp edge & nice packaging. (2 days to be delivered)

Placed my order a long time ago and it still has not arrived. Surprised to be asked to review a company when no goods arrived to review!

My initial order was for the Walnut Cutting Board but there was not indication at the time that the product I ordered were sold out/out of stock. Sadly after they received my payment a few days later I was told that they could not fill my order. I was given the opportunity to chose another cutting board. I was not happy about that and was not given the choice for a refund. I will say that customer service was great in sending me pictures of what they had on hand and answered all of my questions. I received my cutting board Thursday and it is beautiful! It is well built and heavy. I will purchase from them again and hopefully they will have the Walnut Cutting Board available.

It’s been over two weeks and I’ve heard nothing - no update, no knife.

I received the flatware in a reasonable about of time however, I needed to download an app to be app to view the tracking process and it never did update. I emailed them the day it arrived looking for an update. I did not see a response but since it was delivered that day a response was not needed. They are very pretty and feels like quality flatware.

I bought from this site, as a first time customer, I’ve had rainbow cutlery before, but not like this, this rainbow cutlery had details of flowers on it and is so beautiful and for only £14.99 with free postage too, you want go wrong!!!! As a first time buyer I think they are absolutely brilliant with the cutlery they have, it’s so beautiful and nice and so lowly me priced, for this kind of quality you’d be expecting to pay £30-£50, but it’s so much cheaper and looks so posh and fancy too, they will come highly recommended by me, absolutely well packed, even in a nice box, and so beautiful and with so much detail, for a first time purchase for them, this experience is absolutely brilliant, a***** basically a+ with 5 stars, and if you doubt them, but from them yourself and when it goes well, you’ll be posting a good review yourself, because they really deserve if, thank you, I love my cutlery and you guys are awesome!!!!

I am a professional chef and used a lot of knifes over the years and believed that there is nothing better than or equal to Japanese steel.
My home cook bestie asked me to find him a good quality knife that he could cherish for £100 (funny he waited till December time) .
So I set out on this quest and decided to make the difference up in price for his Xmas but knew I would have to get a top stone so he can look after it I decided to not go for my usual choices as I decided not n a 250 budget.

Incredible! Perfectly balanced, the Finnish on the handle and blade is far beyond expectations and the photo’s do not do justest, perfect weight in the hand and the final sharpness of blade edge is taken to the highest of degrees.

You will not regret this knife…period!
As soon as there back in stock I will be straight in there.

Purchased a Abalone Pāua Utility Knife for my daughter's birthday when she examined the knife she noticed a number of cracks in the handle

I have just placed my second order within a week, absolutely beautiful knives and razor sharp too, brilliant customer service and I was kept informed every step of the way

This knives arrived quickly and are beautiful! Only downfall is that one of the handles has a little blemish on it that could have been polished out.
