I placed an order to a company called visrack on February 1, 2020. Today is June 25, 2020. I have yet to receive my order. I emailed this company after 30days and requested a refund. I was told that they were unable to refund my money and that my order was on the way. Well, as of today. Nothing. This company is a SCAM.....RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN

This website is a complete Scam. I returned my items 2 months ago and they give any excuse to not return my money. I am going to report them for fraud. The clothes were not the same as shown in the website and they are made out of cheap quality. Do not purchase from here!!!!

These reviews are very accurate. DO NOTTTTTT BUYYY!!!! As a sore lesson learned, don't wait for the lies they'll feed you, instead go through PayPal resolutions or your bank for refund. Clearly, this is a scam and needs to be shut down. We can all go to BBB and file complaints to get these fkn idi0ts shut down! SO PI55ED!!!!

The captcha on their site to contact customer support is fake- it says you type it in incorrectly so that you cannot contact them. I used their email instead and they told me they'd give me 60% off to reorder the same items instead of return them because they will do whatever it takes not to refund your money. I eventually got them to provide an address and a first name (would not respond on the last name so that they could fake that I did not return the item). I also made sure to keep my tracking information that said delivered and now they are saying they never got it. HORRIBLE company, refuses to rectify what they've done so now they have my money, their awful rip-off clothes that look nothing like the photos, and I paid for shipping with nothing to show for it. Extremely unethical business practices and scam artists.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!! I ordered a dress 2 months ago and still haven’t received it, Iv emailed them and all I get back from them is an apology and excuses on why it’s taking so long, I also can’t get my money back. Lesson learned!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I placed an order back in June, and it took over a month to ship. The items were nothing like the photos, cheap fabrics, strings hanging out, as if a toddler had sewn them. It took 20+ emails to the company to get a return address. I paid $20 to ship with confirmation back to them. Even with confirmation of signature receipt, they denied receiving the items. I have been in a 6month battle still attempting to get my money back, as they have still not issued a refund. This company is a fraud, and should be legally prosecuted.

It one star. This site is a scam. I ordered a dress about a month ago with express shipping and I’ve only received one email. I’ve emailed the support email they have several times and haven’t received a response. So basically I lost my money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible quality clothing!!!!! Took forever to come just for me to be so dissatisfied with how the dress looked. Now i’m stuck trying to figure out what I am wearing to my baby shower because of how HORRIBLE the dress looks and fits. Such a SCAM .

Do not order from this company. It has been 4 months and I have not recieved my order. I have contacted them several times with no response. It is a scam!

The worst mistake I did was to place an order with this "company".
Don' trust them when they said an "easy refund". I've been dealing with a refund for the past 2 months, and one of them was never shipped because it was out of stock and they still HOLDING MY MONEY.
Cutippies you should be ashamed of running a business this way and playing with people's money and time.

Bad website to buy from there dress material is very cheap had many pulls strings. When trying to return they didn’t respond to me until a week after and pretty much told me if I want to return it would be on my own expense so it’s better to keep it as a gift which is pretty un accurate considering I actually bought it and not only that but they will only give me a $9 compensation back out of my purchase. Did not like this website at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

If I could give this website negative stars I would. My dress which I had ordered for my baby shower that was over a month ago finally showed up today. The package itself had rips in it before even opening. The dress it’s self is not even comparable to the pictures. The material is so cheap and fits terrible. I have sent them multiple emails arguing about where my package was with shady responses. What ever you do, DO NOT ORDER FROM CUTIEPPIES!!!!!

This site is the worst DO NOT buy from them. Everything everyone is saying is true it happened to me as well. I tried contacting them but no luck I can't believe their site is still running after all these bad reviews.

Honestly if I could put no stars I would put that. Very awful experience all together. All these reviews are true. I have had all the same experiences with them also. They actually asked me to give the item to someone else and offered me $5 refund or credit to buy something else on there site. Never buy from them!!

Poor quality, ill-fitting clothes for way too much. Shipping takes weeks with no contact even when you reach out. Tracking info is very vague.

For those of you that did buy from this company prior to checking out reviews like I did, I have a few suggestions. You WILL get a response if you threaten to report the company to PayPal or your credit card company as fraud. However, I do have the address for returns in the US and I highly suggest you get tracking on your package and send them a copy of your return once the package is received so they may authorize the return. This is the address copied and pasted from the email they sent me after several emails back and forth trying to get it.
