total scam was using klarna app to purchase a mobile phone cutecottageco come up on there app so i went and made the purchase using klarna nothing but issues email confirmation said phone was coming from europe then got a fake shipping email saying was being dispatched from a flat in london was concerned so started looking into this they was using fake shipping winify never ever recieved phone and been trying to deal with klarna with the situation as they have been terrible this has been on going since end of november and still not resolved the website as now disappeared and klarna are being useless don’t recommend using klarna

Another customer who has been scammed. Through cutecottageco.com purchased a ps5 for £389 and never recived item emailed half a dozen times and no repky. I am furiuos. Hoping a dispute with my credit card provider can claim back the money

This is (was) as scam - took money but no goods - also used winify.uk as a spoof delivery company

This site was purely set up as a scam. The ultimate parent company is Bedi IT development. This company was only set up on the 12th November 2025 and was already struck off on the 25th November. (see companies House website for details) They used the Pricerunner product comparison website to make themselves look legitimate, people simply clicked on the pricerunner website thinking they were dealing with a proper company. Unfortunately they simply took money for the Black Friday weekend and then closed the web-site and disappeared with everyone's money. Now having to recover via my Credit Card which takes time. Beware !!!

Lovely candles, great local business

Great website & very easy to use. Lovely products

Delighted with the 5 candles I ordered. So many scents to choose from, it’s hard to choose! Each of the candles smell beautiful but not over powering! My favourite is the Himalayan Cedar & Jasmine, but I also love the orange & cranberry.

If you like candles or wax melts, I’d recommend giving them a try. Great products and I like supporting a local company.
