Ordered an item over 2 weeks ago (expedited shipping), and there is still no tracking on the 'real-time tracking' link. Cuszoo finally emailed a generic response in 72 hours with 'we'll get right on it' and still no updates. My computer blocks their website as fraudulent, so it concerns me that the product will NEVER arrive, but of course my money was taken the day of the order. No phone number to speak with support. Sadly, this company has shown to be untrustworthy.

The quality of the product met my expectations. The lamentation option I chose is solid and will keep the actual ID card well preserved. The visor clip on the back appears very durable and of good quality. The actual ID print and photo quality is excellent. Very clear and professionally done. The only shortcoming was the time frame it took to get it. It took longer than I thought it would, but I still give the product a 5-star rating.

Never received my item. No help with tracking. The item was sent to wrong address and seller would not refund money. Stay away.

If i could give zero stars I would. Do not shop here. I ordered a memorial plaque for my pet. I was shown a picture what it would look like. When it arrive, it looked absolutely awful, nothing like the description. I had paid £30 for this. When I emailed them explaining my dissatisfaction, I was ignored. I kept emailing and the said it looked as advertised and they would refund 15% of what i had paid. I emailed again explaining my dissatisfaction and I was ignored.

**I emailed Cuszoo after seeing their response to my review, and they have not responded. So please AVOID this company!
