We really like the lamp, transport to Germany was fast and everything was very good

The design is beautiful, the finish is exceptionally high quality. The lights are the center piece of our dining room. It adds style and class!

I bought a Kappla and it is exactly what I wanted, creating a very interesting light pattern. The wood texture and look give a very real look to the room.
The delivery was quite fast.
The only thing I would recommend is if possible, see them in person first. I was initially surprised about the size, with the medium seeming to me bigger on paper but still perfect for a small / medium room.

Beautiful lamps and great service. We saw the lamps by chance in the new store in Gothenburg and were immediately impressed. Since we come from Germany, it was made possible for us to order our two desired lamps and have them delivered to our home.
We were also able to visit the workshop where the lamps are produced and are happy to own lamps made with such dedication.

Customwood has great products and we loved the ceiling lamp. At first we had problems with the delivered unit (broken during transportation) but it was easy to change it and customer service with Andreas and the team there was great.

Delivery was fast and the product looks even nicer than I expected from the picture. The quality seems really robust and made with love to detail. The light coming from the lamp is super cozy and it is a bit like a disco ball if it moves.
Customer service was really great. I had a comment in my order which was overseen but immediately corrected by sending me a new cable, which also arrived very fast. I am not sure if the communication through the website (chat, contact form) works, but responsiveness to e-mail is given within about two days. I actually placed my second order now after being happy with the product and content with the shopping experience.

We bought two lamps from Custom Wood, both are fantastic. I'm very impressed by the crafstmanship. The small shop customer service is also a plus :)

This was my second order.
My first order was the package with underlag / underglass that I ordered 2 years ago. I received it very quickly, in 2-3 days and I am still very happy with this nice, personalized, and wonderful work. It’s always a WOW!!!
Now, I did 2 orders for two young couples. They loved it! And this time my personalized orders arrived in less than one week, even though there was the National day that week.
I will do new orders for sure!

Amazing ceiling lamp and artwork. The workshop is in my new neighbourhood so I was curious about their products for a while now. We met Andreas from Customwood at "A la London Designmarknad" and fall in love with the Hjorton (cloudberry shape).
My husband bought me one for my birthday. The lamp is gorgeous and meet all our expectations.
