The company were really responsive to changes I needed to make to my order. The item arrived quickly and was exactly as I had ordered.

The product is good quality arrived on time the company even sent me a preview before to make sure everything was ok which i thought was a really good idea and altered it to what i required very happy will definitely order again .

Great personal service. When I ordered I was a little put off that I would have to look out for an email to approve the logo before the order would be fulfilled but actually they contacted me quickly and it was very straightforward. I asked for a slight change which they did quickly. And they dropped me a WhatsApp in case I hadn't seen the email. Impressed! And the fleece itself and personalisation look great. Very cosy, soft fleece!
