I paid for expedited 2-4 day shipping. It’s been over a week. I still have not received my order and I am unable to pull up any tracking information.

Placed my order almost 2 weeks ago. The tracking number says it was not picked up yet. If and when I will get my package is a mystery at this point. I bought this as a birthday gift and unfortunately it will be late.

Not really happy. I ordered a shirt on a Sunday with Expedited 2-4 day shipping, on Friday, the shipping information stated that a label was made, that was it. It still hasn't been picked up by the shipping company. I reached out to their support team, twice, and haven't heard back. Customer service isn't amazing. Not sure I would ever recommend.

Order came fast. We love the hats we received. We did receive the wrong color on one but I emailed the company and within minutes I received a response and it was corrected. Customer services is amazing. Will definitely order from them again.

Hoodie fits great and have awesome design and it’s totally worth it!!

I understand that I placed the order on a holiday weekend. After receiving email confirmation that my order was shipped & I could track it. I started tracking it on 6/3 with no new information (only stated awaiting package from sender). I allowed more time when no new updates provided reached out 6/8-9. Order received today is wrong. Received 2 of the same medium shirts versus ordered Gas, Clutch, Repeat.
I wanted more of these shirts, however after the wait & not receiving the shirt I really wanted, I’m disappointed!!

Customer service & communication was horrible. Item shipped late with no updates to my order. I emailed and left voicemails to get a status update. I did not receive a response until I requested to cancel the order, which I did days before they actually shipped the item. At that point they responded quickly to my message to let me know that the order could not be cancelled & I would have to wait until it is received & then pay for return shipping.

I had planned to return the item once received. The package was damaged and partially open when it was delivered. My son looked inside and knew it was for him & took the item out. He was happy with it, so I did not return it. If he would have never seen the item, it definitely would have been returned. I will never buy from here or recommend it to anyone.

I never revived the hoodie I ordered from you guys

Shirt was nothing like the picture did not have Mickey ears on it or white outline on lettering

I haven’t received my package yet and it took time to respond to my email but I did get a response! My package is now on the way! Hopefully I get it before Sunday because I’m wearing it to a concert(that’s what I planned).
