The Renaissance paintings by Giorgione I ordered were cropped. I looked back on the website and realized they were cropped in the photos as well, so not false advertising, but in real life the cropping in bothersome.

I love this poster company I have ordered before with them and no problems, I would have given it 5 stars but after this ordered I made I didn’t get the item’s size right I ordered a 24x36 and instead got a 12x18, I have contacted them about this but have been waiting 3 DAYS!! for a response and nothing. Customer service needs to be better. EDIT: I received my poster after them responding I honestly loved it the quality was just as good as expected would buy again

The selection of posters is the largest by far that I have seen to date, however the quality of the posters were poor and the posters were slightly grainy and had blurred edges which was disappointing. (I ordered A4)

Im so happy to have found this print shop!! The prices are unbelievably great- so much so that I was worried how legit this place is… but they definitely exceeded my expectations! I love the prints so much and they are very high quality. They came wrapped very well and protected. My order came with a mystery gift and they even chose a poster similar to the others I ordered, and it goes so well and is so cute. I am so appreciative!

The print and frame I ordered are quality and look amazing! Will order from them again.

I ordered some prints and frames online from Customprinthaus and was very happy with the results. The quality of prints is very good, the frame color was as expected, and very light weight.

If I could recommend a small improvement, it would be to include the option for a mat around the print to give the picture/print more significance.

I was unsure and hesitated. I emailed some questions. They were really good answering what I asked. I felt there was a real, solid person answering what I asked. I punted and ordered the print. This is great quality and I'm very excited to frame it in my dining room (and surprise my wife with it). Yes, will use these guys again!

I normally don’t write reviews but I was so impressed with this business.I ordered a large print 28 x 28.About a week later it arrived double packaged and in mint condition.I purchased the museum quality paper.The colors are vivid and everything looks true to image as on the website.Communication was prompt.The price was very reasonable.I would order again in a heartbeat.

I ordered 2 posters before and really liked the quality. I ordered another with a league of legends champion skin they didn't have posted and they were able to make it for me. It arrived and the quality is consistent with the first posters I got.

Well packaged, and product was gorgeous.

I ordered six different images as custom prints, but when I received them, I had gotten six copies of the same image! After explaining the situation, Customprinthaus happily replaced my mistaken prints. The posters of high quality, and I would highly recommend this company for anyone who needs some extra decoration!
