Working with them was easy, and the quality was great.
orking with them was easy, and the quality was great. The quality was nice, and they included the B quality patches, which I passed on to my customer. My customer was very happy with their custom patches.
The package came from overseas, though, and I did have to pay a small package fee which I'm guessing was a tariff, which isn't their fault. I do wish that I had known it was going to be mailed from outside the US so I could prepare for that fee and the transit time.

Extremely Disappointed
Terrible company with awful customer service. I ordered 6 patches 33 days ago and was told I would receive shipping details — which never came. After chasing the order (and being ignored for 9 days), they finally claimed they “accidentally sent it to someone else.”
I’ve been requesting a refund for 2 days, and instead of processing it, they keep replying with the same lines: “Thank you for being patient, it will be shipped shortly.” Completely unacceptable.
Would not recommend this company to anyone. Avoid
