We had a very good experience with Custom Networks. They had our new UPS system delivered to us and they came on site to install. One piece arrived damaged from the shipping company and Custom Networks took care of everything getting that piece replaced. Very happy with them.

Mr. Bhindarwala, of Customnetworks.net was very helpful in pointing me to the APC device to meet my needs. My old unit had failed and I needed a replacement. Our previous APC unit worked for 7 years through many outages. I needed a replacement to protect my computing equipment and I wanted it fast. They shipped it directly to me and sent a return label to send my old unit back for proper battery disposal. It arrived in less that 24 hours. Set-up was easy. The new unit (the new APC Back-UPS Pro UPS model BR1500MS2) is supposed to run more that twice as long as my old one. Definitely have bookmarked Customnetworks.net for future purchases.
