It was a good experience but there was 2 annoying things.
It was a good experience ordering from this company but it told me to use the shop app for updates on where my package was and it only updated me one time and then it did not at all after it said it had been packaged And one other thing is that all of the things that i ordered (keycap and switch puller + 5 replacement switches) were only shoved into the bag and when i did look at them at first i thought that they could have been damaged. Other then that it was a good overall experience.

While we do work with international suppliers, they are not from AliExpress. Like any business, we have to factor in costs to remain sustainable while providing customer support and a seamless shopping experience.
