Firstly, the process of getting these is very good, customer team are good at communication also.

However, the main concern for me is the quality of the product. I have had Footbalance before (via Shuropody stores) these lasted me over 2/3 years with the excessive sport and walking I do, which I think is incredible.

These custom insole ones though from custominsoles.co.uk are not great at all as an overall product. Firstly, the actual mould is very good, they did a great job, but the glue/foam/softer part that makes the rest of your foot towards your toes is not very good. already after two weeks (and I have not even done any sport, only gentle walking and wearing them in) I have seen degrading of where the soft part is attached to the solid part, as in if I probably continue to wear them it will be down to the bearness within a couple more weeks and then just snap/fall apart.

Footbalance I paid £70, for these ones I paid £120+, I expected better quality control and testing, considering these are patented tech products as well. Not sure who signed off the QA documentation!!

Seeking advice currently on these in regards to replacement or refund. Otherwise I will revert back to longer processes and better quality like Footbalance or other brands. I would upload photos but this does not let me.

I love my insoles, it took me a while to get used to them, but now I don't think I can survive without wearing them, cause I have a bunion. Good quality and comfy product. Thank you so much. Respect!

Fast and efficient service and great orthotic insoles for foot pain! The foot impression kit arrived quickly with detailed instructions on how to get a deep enough impression. Following the return of the kit, the insoles arrived within just a few days! They are very well made, just like those insoles that orthopaedic doctors provide in Europe for a variety of foot and knee problems. My foot and ankle pain has already started to improve, now that my feet and fallen arches are properly supported again. I will order a second pair. Thank you for offering this service!

Bad quality, cheap material, hard plastic & uncomfortable. Rip off

These insoles are more expensive than other suppliers. I ordered 2 pairs of insoles at a cost of over £200. However the insoles arrived packaged in what I can describe as a bin liner - not deserving the cost of the products. The insoles are excellent but could be better packaged and priced.

What a success . After only two runs wearing the insoles , my foot pain has almost vanished .
I’ve spent hundreds of pounds on other treatments that hasn’t worked . These are great value for money in my opinion .

The soles were delivered within seven days . I am a keen hiker and have worn adapted insoles for 5 years. I couldn’t afford new insoles from my current supplier , so opted for custom insoles . Delighted with the quality and will order some more .

I used this company for my own running insoles a couple of months ago and they were brilliant so I ordered some of the everyday insoles for my teenage son who has found them to be really supportive and comfortable as he has low arches. He has commented on how much they make a difference and will be putting them in his walking shoes for his upcoming d of e hike.

Excellent product and excellent experience. Very easy process. Makes standing all day so much easier, though new users might need to spend the time getting used to them. Well worth it and well worth the money.

Still very uncomfortable. And I'm not convinced they do much to correct over-pronation (which was the reason for getting them).

I wanted to get a new set of orthotics after many years in the same set. Given my feet have probably changed it was long over due. My local podiatrist tried to charge me over £300 plus the £60 appointment I had with him. I used Custom insoles and paid £129. They sent the mould which was easy to use, I sent them back and within 2 weeks I had my new custom insoles. I've been running in them for a week now and they seem perfect and a great upgrade.

got sent foam boxes, returned them to the team and 4 day turnaround from boxes arrive with them, to insoles with me, is very impressive service turnaround, I have o say.

footbeds are well made, and we're in early adaption stages, but pleased with progress and speed of service.

The whole process from foot impressions to receiving in-soles was very quick and efficient.
But unfortunately my in-soles are not suitable for my feet. I think this is due to the complexity of my feet. It was worth a try.

The customer service is very good. First time I found my insols too flat. They offered me to make me another insoles according to my old one and it's much better than the first one. The satisfied customer is very important for them.

The insoles are ok but I’m struggling to see the value in them. I paid £129.00 and the quality isn’t the best. Fine if you’re looking for something basic.
