We have been customers for a number of years and our annual boiler service was carried out by William Martin. He was very professional in his approach and cleaned up the area after the work. He gave us advice on our CO2 detectors and even rectified a small leak for us.

The installation of an air conditioning unit at my home was carried out promptly, efficiently and with minimal disruption to my day by Custom Heat. The 3 chaps involved set about their task very swiftly after confirming the job notes with me.
They were clean and tidy; they cleared up at the end of the day with the unit in place.
I’m very pleased with the whole process from quotation to installation and will be happy to recommend Custom Heat to family and friends.

Efficient and trustworthy service
I filled in a form online and a staff contacted me and came to have a survey the next day.
They have 6 teams of installers so we have our air conditioners installed within 2 weeks.
The installers were very punctual, arriving before 8:00am as promised and worked till after 5:00pm. They almost didn’t break except for lunch.
Customer hotline is always available, which made me feel very secured.
Even more surprising, they did everything within taking any deposit. We paid only after the project was complete.
Impressive!

Rob arrived promptly at his rescheduled time. He was very thorough in carrying out the gas boiler service and because I was nosey explained most of the operations. Put me right on the carbon monoxide detector. In fact he did a good job alround, went into more detail than previous service calls.
