Definitely not the kind of order that's going to let Mike retire any time soon - bars, plugs and oil filter. Arrived in double quick time and cost less than expected. Al'll fitted and 30 YO bike now looks like it's only 29. No - it looks mint, and Mike went out of his way to offer advice, talked me out of drag bars and into XLX. I'm a proper newbie and thus is first Harley but Custom Cruisers are my go to shop. You know when you talk to someone and you know they're just really into what they do - that's Mike. See you when the weirdness is obey, Miguel!

Waiting for FULL refund.
I ordered an item £29.65 off Custom Cruisers, DHL tried to deliver it but no one was in.
Heard nothing from DHL for a couple of days so arranged with one of their online reps (Courtney) to pick it up from local DHL depot.
On the day I was picking up parcel, Ben from Custom Cruisers called me and asked why I've sent the item back to them.
I explained that I was supposed to pick it up after work tonight, DHL has sent it back, please refund.
I emailed him a full copy of my 'Messenger' conversation with Courtney to prove without doubt that the return was all on DHL's part, not Custom Cruisers fault.
My refund was £14.03, Custom Cruisers has charged ME £15.62 for postage both ways.
I spoke to Mike from Custom Cruisers on the phone and asked to explain part refund.
He explained it's not the fault of themselves or DHL because I should have been at home to receive the package. He'll look into it and call me back.
He emailed me back saying he would refund in full.
A couple of emails and a couple of weeks later, Still waiting.

Excellent service
Ok then, I have read some of the reviews and I must have shopped at the wrong place!! Why? Because the service I received from this shop was excellent!! I ordered some pipes, wheels and tyres and the service from mike and Ben was superb!
When I was a pain calling them, they gave good advice and my order was well before the original date and sent the items to my mechanic and was on hand always. The product especially my wheels ( fat spokes ) are amazing and brilliant value for money! Everyone comments on my bike and it’s only due to custom cruisers!
So I’m summary! Excellent service, excellent product and excellent advice!

Thanks to Mike and Ben,, ive finally found a solution to my harley davidson wheel problems, what can I say after a long drive, offered Coffee on tap, greeted with a smile and made to feel very comfortable, my lack of knowledge on harley davidsons was worrying, but Mike great engineer by the way soon educated me, with detail and patience, I'm most impressed, and Ben also very knowledgeable with the parts catalogues and showing me stock of so many brand new shiny custom wheels, definitely I will be a returning customer, I will boycot the harley stealers from now on, and visit Mike and Ben, not local for me, but money saved, and great people... Thanks guys see you soon. 👍👍

Fits my bike as description and was in mint condition as expected.
Prices are in line with the products they sell, many good deals, also some "rare" parts for UK like the Mustang seat.
Everything went smooth and all was good.

Custom Cruisers AKA Adventure Motorcycles
Custom Cruisers also operates as Adventure Motorcycles. Having had bad experience with CC I have been determined never to order from them again but have made a mistake of ordering from Adventure Motorcycles on 27/07/19. My order was acknowledged and money was taken out of my account on 29th. Never heard anything from them so on 7/08 I send them email asking where are my goods. They claim that order was delivered and left with neighbour. As I live in gated community that is impossible as there would be no one to let them in. Additionally, neighbour they claim goods have been left with has not been there for over a month due to being in hospital with terminal cancer.
They have so far failed to address my claim for refund and are basically ignoring my emails.

Online - Out of stock, no communication & tried to charge me extra
Had a horrible experience with Custom Cruisers. Purchased a driver backrest via their website. About 2 weeks later I checked on my order to be told it was out of stock. I waited a further handful of days to then be told they could not send without me paying an additional $25 freight to what was advertised on their website. Rather than honour my purchase they refunded my money. All up a big waste of time...and little to no care factor from the sales staff. Buyer beware.

Bloody awful company
Bloody awful company. I placed an online order for a part 5th August but nothing arrived. I sent an email yesterday (13th) asking its whereabouts but got no reply. So I called first thing this morning (14th) and spoke to their office who promised to call me back.
They didn't call back so I called at 14:50 and was told, "We can't get hold of that part at the moment."????????
Zero communications...I could scream....
Have Custom Cruisers no shame????
Disgraceful company - stay well clear of them.
