I bought a set of pxg-irons with steelfiber shafts. Only 2 of the ferruls haven’t been loose.
The equipment is superb and the package was very solid.
The price considered i’d expected the assemply was better

Worked like a charm
Order went through just fine, communication was smooth, information right after order was as it should - shipping was fast and best of all the customization options on the website was easy to navigate and the club arrived as ordered. 10/10 will shop again.

Heavily delayed delivery
9 Aug 22:
I ordered 2 clubs from 2 different brands. One club arrived within the specified time and I am very satisfied with this club.
Unfortunately the other club has still not arrived, 6 weeks after ordering. Whenever I contact customer support from customclubs I am being told that they will contact the manufacturer. And then nothing happens…
In principle the concept of customclubs is great, with tons of options for customisation. It would be better with a more reliable delivery service, or at least more active communication in case of supply chain delays.
Update 20 Sep 22:
The second club finally arrived, approx. 3 months after ordering. I received exactly what I ordered. I added one star for the quality and customisation options. For a top rating I would have expected better communication about delays and options. I had to push a lot to get answers.
Tipp: don’t order brands that require shipments from North America if you live in Europe. The supply chains are not working. I think that these products should not be offered with a delivery indication of 15-25 days.

Great service
This is the first time I have used Customclubs and it was a very good experience. Great service.
And it was even more impressive that I have ordered something that wasn't available spec wise, so they reached out to me personally and suggested some very good alternatives.
This is not the last time I'll use them.
