Company’s performance got better, but can’t yet call it “good”
After weeks and weeks of more attempts, the company sent me replacement bobbleheads. I commend the company for the effort it expended, but the bobbleheads still do not match the promise of the company’s website. The dolls that I received, both the original and the replacement, can not be mistaken for faithful replicas of the photos that I sent. The process left me with no alternative but to accept the unsatisfactory product. They tried hard. They didn’t succeed. One has to question the authenticity of the glowing reviews found on their website.

I’m really sorry to hear this, and I truly appreciate your patience and the time you gave us throughout the process. Our bobbleheads are fully handmade, so there can sometimes be differences from the original photos and expectations. That said, we understand your disappointment, and we’ll definitely take your feedback seriously to keep improving our work.

Lovely work!
Chris traded a fair number of emials with me, checking in to let me see the progress and adding a comment or two to get it dialed in, Great work, and I'm hooking in my G Niece, who did the original image and will be doing more as we get my son's restaurant mascot into additional charachter garbs.
